Blue Marine Resort is located along Haad Rin Beach in Koh Phangan, a 5-minute walk from the famous Fullmoon Party. Cozy cottages have private balconies overlooking tropical greenery and the sea.

Review 1：The staff were rude. After being in Thailand for over a month I have encountered nothing but genuine, friendly people at the dozens of places I have stayed. 50$ a night is the most I have paid by far, and wouldn't mind paying that to good genuine people. Don't recommend this resort for that simple reason. Lots of places to stay in koh phangan.

Review 3：When we first come in to the room, we saw a sand in the bathroom. could be of the previous guests. also, the bathroom is build in the wrong way. the sewerage in next to the toilet and not below the shower head. there's no shower! no curtain or glass or nothing. the water goes every where the staff stop working on 8:0 PM, so it' very disturbing

Review 7：You had to walk to reception to grab a coffee in the morning Which you had to pay for. I think all hotels and resorts should have coffee making facilities I each room. There were ants everywhere both inside and outside the room.

Review 16：Bad wifi, poor bathroom, stupid small stuffs were missing (no towels for hands, no soap at the zink and so on), the owner (?) - at least the main staff - was not very friendly or obliging. Actually he seemed quite annoyed, when we "interrupt" him in his book reading. We missed a swimmingpool a bit, because the beach isn't very nice at the place. Better wifi, a pool, a friendlier attitude and a general renovation would definetely transform the place into a perfect and quiet paradise!

Review 18：Great location on the beach, just far enough away from the chaos to be a peaceful retreat. Easily walkable from the pier. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Ask for one of the rooms close to the beach - we had gorgeous views and the perfect spot to relax on the porch hammocks with a cold drink and take it all in!

Review 21：Very overpriced. No breakfast. The private beach is nice but Haad Rin beach and that area in general isn't very nice, can't swim in the sea. We were charged 1600bht by the owner to take us to Koh Phangan Wipeout Challenge which we thought was extortionate.

Review 23：On this side of the island the beach is small and not clean, nobody goes in the sea. The hotel has no pool... so no pool no sea, it's not so good. The price was expensive and I saw some much better places cheaper. Most important : honestly the owners were not kind, no smily at all, and worse, I've rent a scooter with them and the guy tried to say that I've hurt it. I told him several times that it's not true, I did nothing wrong with it (I have a scooter and I'm very careful driver), but he didn't believed me and keep my passport some days, trying to put pressure to give him money. I gave nothing and they gave me back my passport, but the experience was not cool at all. So if you rent a scooter take some photos before to go. Anyway, at final I would even suggest not to go this hotel, I had some really much better experiences in Thailande.

Review 59：Awesome located bungalows with hammocks on the terraces just five meters from the sea, splashing almost under your feet. Location is sunset-side, so you get a sunset in the sea every evening and if you'd like to watch a sunrise - it is 5 minutes walking from there. Haad Rin is more of a party-location, so there is plenty of nightlife and also a lot of shops and restaurants around.
