Review 1：The TV was difficult to function and abit too high placed for viewing (opposite the lower but comfortable couches). The Fridge was not working at all. Not enough powerpoints for all the extra things (heater, light lamps) in the room.
Review 2：Loved the colour theme/ room design. The small touches to the room made it beautiful. The colourful cushions, lots of lighting as well as windows. The bathroom and showers were well placed. Neat kitchen with microwave & fridge. Generous internet vouchers for only a night's stay.
Review 3：A number of things were not working in our room. Had we been staying longer than the night I may not have rated as highly as I have but the owner listen and did try to make up for the faults.

Review 5：I requested early check in when I made the booking online however there was no response and we were only told that we couldn't have early check in when got there.

Review 7：The windows were leaking air inside hence the terrible rotorua spell kept entering room.had to keep spraying my perfume in the room but did no good

Review 9：The parking was pretty bad, especially with a wheelchair. Also the shower floor slippery with some one with a disability and a lip on the shower and no railings or anything to hold onto.

Review 11：Parking was not very comfortable as it was very hard to take the car in the night due to double parked vehicles. Shower was inconvenient as it temperature of the water gets reset to cold every time the nozzle was adjusted. Even after I informed the reception in advance that I was going to be late and will be using a different credit card for payment. My overseas credit card on file was charged which resulted in additional charges for me.

Review 13：Fridge in room old and rusted, Power points worked intermittently, TV kept switching itself off. Most of the crockery, cutlery and general equipment all looked as if it needed updating and to be cleaned more thoroughly Overall motel looked "tired" and in need of a general tidy up. Did not look welcoming or inviting looked run down and untidy when trying to check out bell at reception was not working, so had to ring night bell. This could lose them business if they had people looking for last minute accommodation.

Review 16：The staff were extremely helpful. We booked the three bedroom room not realizing Mum (who is in a wheelchair) couldn't get to the toilet. The staff were extremely obliging in finding her a room she could use.

Review 30：Great shower! Heaps of hot water and good pressure. Quiet but reasonably close to town. 3-4 blocks walk. Friendly helpful front desk - Pam & Dr Sharma! Warm & inviting.

But good thing all working. - lots of notice around the room, surcharge of $25 If failed to wash dishes after using n also if dirtied carpet etc. - hot pool: cracked tiles everywhere. No way we will soak into it. Old and dirty. - not value for money, can get something better at the same price at the are, no choice coz last minute booking.

Review 37：Hair dryer didn't work, other power points not working, kitchen extremely tight to work in, fridge wouldn't close. Extremely dated and old fashioned. We wouldn't use the outdoor spa and it did not look nice. Hot water hard to find in the shower, you either got burnt or you had a cold shower. Won't stay there again.

Review 47：Rooms were lacking - pillows were hard and flat. Dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before use. Dust was noticable and there were spider webs in most corners. Radiator could not be turned off so room was very hot.

Review 49：Booking made day before we arrived, tried to pay cash on arrival but told to wait for checkout. On checkout found credit card used for security had been debited incuring us extra fees when we wanted to pay cash. Not happy this done without our approval. Won't use booking.com. In future.

Review 51：The service was amongst the worst I have experienced ANYWHERE. The motel is very dated and poorly equipped and there are a lot of notes throughtout the room telling you what you can & can't do & threatening additional charges if you don't do you dishes - I felt like I was expected to vacuum before we left which would have been inconvenient at 5.45am! The website we used to make the booking gave the option of additional messages or requests to the motel which we used to ask for off-street parking as we had a vehicle full of stock we didn't want parked on the road, the website stated off-street parking (which was minimal & full by the time we arrived) but we thought we'd let them know as this is something we specifically needed. The motel staff seemed inconvenienced by our check in and clearly were not ready with our parking request so we parked on the road. Needless to say, we will never stay here again (neither of the 2 couples I paid for will) & we certainly will be cautioning others to steer clear too.
