Review 1：We had a misunderstanding with the receptionist regarding the booking of a transportation service. But she helpfully tried to solve the situation.

Review 2：Simple accommodation but good value for money. Good location, near the beach.

Review 3：Our room had a strong sewer like smell when the aircon wasn't turned on. Also on the day before our last day, we were awoken by a strange sound, which prooved to be floor and walls crumbling around us (earthquake style). With very visible damage spreading rapidly, we had to leave the room rapidly and were later relocated to another room for our last night which was absolutely fine. Staff later told us that it was just cosmetic damage and that there are no issues with the building structure, which might be true, given no visible damage could be seen anywhere else in the hotel. Nevertheless it made for an adrenaline start of the year.

Review 4：Location is great, short walk to the Surin beach. Staff are polite and friendly and try to help the best they can. No issues with cleaniness and saftey.

Review 6：The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us book excursions and taxi's and always asked how our day had been. Made us feel so at home and we were actually really sad to leave after. Also a great location- such a short (3 min) walk to surin beach and the area was chilled and quiet which we loved. The rooms were so spacious and cleaned everyday, with free bottled water and clean towels. We had breakfast included and it was yummy! The bacon was soo good! Also the hotel provides you with fresh beach towels everyday which is so useful! Wifi also great! This is a great place to stay if you can't afford the expensive hotels but still want to be in a chilled area. The beach was lovely and not over crowded, there are plenty of great restaurants and it's still easy to go out and explore if you want more action. Loved this place, will definately go back!

Review 8："Also have Bathtub in Deluxe room" OK room for staying with view. Not too expensive and can walk to the Surin beach.

Review 9：Poor English made communication difficult. Bed was a bit hard and no choice in pillows ie only one pillow which wasn't comfortable. Not a huge choice for breakfast, no bacon.

Review 12：Great price and location for this little hotel, run by friendly, happy staff. Very clean, very large (for the price) poolside room. Free wifi, new, very good a/c Staff would cordially provide anything if required, reset wi-fi, replace loo-roll, etc. Breakfast included in price was adequate, and staff would alter to your preferences.

Review 13：Dirty sheets,we call reception to change them, the security guard came to change them!!!! And the other day they put us dirty sheets again. Be carefull they charge extra 3% if you pay by cradit card despite they where no booking or credit card fees when I book it. Photos don t reflect reality. No view to the sea.

Review 19：Just improve the parking area. But it's not really a big thing since you can park around the hotel first come first serve.

Review 20：The staffs are friendly and polite. The rooms are nice and clean. 5 minutes walk to the clear beach of Surin. 10 minutes walk to a family mini mart. We travelled with our own transportation so getting around the area is easy. Parking is possible around the hotel but there's a big parking just across the street before entering the hotel. The morning view is just awesome in the penthouse. The security guard is so attentive and helpful. So far everything is good in this hotel, worth the money and well recommended.
