Review 1：Superior room not so good, it was had very dusty lamp shades which I accidentally moved, fridge had an awful smell, Restaurant and room service did not have an international menu. Menu for lunch was same for dinner. Could not get a sandwich or proper salad for lunch.

Review 3：Extremely impolite and rude staff, no matter if on check-in or while departing - the whole service is out of any standard. This hotel does not deserve any star.

Review 5：The breakfast was good when you got there early, as they don't top up their breakfast, so the early bird catches the worm and if you snooze you loose! The older staff weren't as friendly, a bit stern and strict to be honest, not really fit for the welcoming and 'going above and beyond' purpose of a hotel.

Review 11：Service is just unsatisfactory, especially considering how much I paid for 2 nights in a "superior room" (around 250 EUR including breakfast). When we arrived, the room was clean but it was clear that a major swipe had not been done for ages. The second day, when we got back to the hotel, the room was exactly as we left it, except for 2 new bottles of water and new trash bag. I called the reception and asked for explanation. Obviously the kind lady who picked up the phone had no idea but she said she would take note and inform who this concerns about it.

Review 12：Location is just perfect. I live in Wroclaw and among all hotels in the city, Art Hotel is one of the best in terms of location. I liked the style of the hotel, the room was overall pretty and the dining room was really cozy. The bed was perfect. Plus, the staff was very kind and available to all requests.

Review 15：I though front of house staff were very friendly & they couldn't do enough to help me. They replied to my emails in a timely proffesional & friendly fashion prior to my arrival. They made everything easy & hassle free & the overall hotel environment was excellent. I will be recommending Art Hotel to me friends when they stay in Wroclaw. 5 stars from me :) I liked it that much in staying again on Thursday.

Review 75：This is a 4 star hotel so one would expect tea/coffee facilitites available at least in the public space but there are NONE. Not even a machine in the corridor. Arriving at night, when the restaurant is closed, means nothing warm to drink. Secondly one could also expect a simple shower gel in the bathroom. You cannot wash your hair with a bar of soap!!! Finaly, I found the decor on the verge of kitsch. It has nothing to do with what it is supposed to resemble, but that is a matter of style.

Only after a while I was offered a parking in the nearby Soffitel hotel and finally I was told, that they managed to find a space in their car park. This is just a standard hotel, nothing special, seemed to be corporate orientated. I would question their 4 star rating.
