This quiet hostel is 5 minutes’ walk from Lake Runn and 1.9 miles from Falu city centre. Communal facilities include a TV lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Falu STF Vandrarhem’s rooms are housed in 3 different buildings. All are simply furnished and have shared bathroom facilities.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby. Guests can dine in the garden or use the BBQ grill in summer.
STF Falu is 10 minutes’ drive from Stora Kopparberg copper mines, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During winter, Bjursås Ski Centre is a popular attraction for guests.

Review 1：It is located in a very beautiful area, but it's quite far (about 7kms) from the city center and buses do not go very often...
Review 2：Very clean and nice hostel, with spacious room, super friendly and helpful staff who accommodated both my early check-in and my breakfast times!
Review 3：My only complaint was my neighbour was a gamer and stayed up late and was generally loud.

Review 17：It was a bit out of town. Since we were traveling with a car, it was fine for us. It may be more difficult if traveling by train and/or bus.
Review 18：It was very clean and comfortable. It was not too crowded so the shared bathrooms and showers worked out fine. It was good that they were both separate ( as wc and a shower room). The kitchen was very well stocked so easy to cook in. Our room was nice and clean - good amenities like reading lights and sink in the room.
