Review 1：We felt that though the manager was very friendly he could have presented himself better as far as his outfit was concerned

Review 3：Chosen for fridge and internet facilities, neither were working. Could not complete internet tasks and food for the next leg of our journey inedible due to inability to properly store. Quite clean but carpet badly stained and some dust.

Review 7：Hamiltons is very close to Queanbeyan Station and where we were going to for a party in Queanbeyan. Our room was very large, well equipped & comfortable and tea, coffee, biscuits & fresh milk were waiting for us when we arrived late at night. Very friendly reception.
Review 8：Bed was very average to sleep on as were the pillows provided. Electricblanket only worked on one side of the bed. I did not manage to have oneshower where the water temperature did not suddenly change from warm tofreezing cold, the water pressure was also terrible. The free Wifi mayas well not be offered in the Queen Spa Room as you can only access itwhilst standing at the front door to the room. When I informed the staffabout my concerns I was not offered any sort of compensation but wasjust told, "sorry you didn't enjoy your stay" For $160 pernight it is one of the dearest accommodations in Queanbeyan and for mystay not worth the money.

Review 10：Bathroom n entrance tiles outdated..we didn't hang out in rooms. We used only for sleeping so they were OK for us..
Review 11：The beds n pillows were comfortable. Manager was friendly n helpful. We had the family room (rm 1)..read previous reviews that said you can hear traffic noise but we didn't experience any noise in our room..we had rooms next door in 2 n also in 11..they both said those rooms were quiet..
Review 12：We really enjoyed our stay here as all the little things were done well. We were impressed with the room's layout and checking in and out was very quick. Reserving through booking.com was so so easy, and the rate we were given was excellent value for money. Thank you Hamilton's!
Review 13：It didn't bother us, however some of the rooms are located on the second floor, so you would need to request a downstairs room if you couldn't do stairs

Review 19：Limited parking. Man at front desk was very rude at check-in and check out. He questioned our reasonings for staying with them for only one night and glared at us as we pulled out of our parallel parking space the next morning.
