Review 1：The bed was a little bit hard. I think the noise levels would depend on who else was staying. However, the owners do maintain a peaceful presence on the property.

Review 2：The owners were really lovely, the motel has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Room was comfortable. Nice hammock under some trees.

Review 3：Was not clean was very dated and there were broken cupboard doors and when we got the heater out it looked like it had been set on fire. It was really disappointing when we saw on line it was score 8.5 it certainly wasn't that.

Review 5：Had to tighten our bed as the fastenings holding the frame together were loose making it squeak whenever touched. One of our group of two couples found the bed too firm - we had to give them one of our topper pads as the manager couldn't supply any more. We also didn't like having to wash our dishes in the bathroom and had to ask for a tea towel.

Review 8：The location of the motel is in a very good place and overall not a lot of noise from passing cars, etc. New owners were very nice and friendly. Really appreciated being given a delicious plate of fresh strawberries. Lovely comfortable beds.

Review 9：Being an older style motel our studio apartment was very roomy. Studio was very clean and looked as though it had been recently redecorated. Bed very comfortable as were the two lounge chairs and an excellent hot shower in the morning.

Review 10：The bed was too big for the room. There was nowhere to put the TV remote when in bed (no bedside tables) because there was no room for one. We found the bed very hard - not that comfortable.

Review 11：On arrival we were offered an upgrade. After reviewing our options we took the upgrade because it had a kitchenette. It was clean but very cramped. The whole unit was very out dated - needs refurbishment.

Review 42：The manager bought us over some fresh strawberries from his garden.... they were Yum! We took our wee dog with us and that wasn't a problem. Over the river is a great dog exercising area. Would stay here again. Thought the traffic noise would be a problem, but it wasn't.
