Review 1：The noise inside the room from side rooms

Review 2：Nice experience, the hotel has a lot of nature environment including ducks, fountains, little rivers and a lot of trees!

Review 3：Wifi has an extra cost, for the price of the room it should be included. Some details of the room, particularly in the bathroom, seemed and felt old.

Review 6：Superb manicured gardens, lobby and common areas keep the Japanese accent nicely. Staff very friendly and the food was absolutely wonderful (we had the brunch on Sunday, a bit pricey though)

Review 7：Let down by Incompetence and poor attitude of front desk staff. E.g a taxi for early morning departure to the airport was not booked, despite checking twice, and to make the situation worse, travel time was originally given as 1h (in reality it is over 2h). The taxi that was ordered at last minute cost almost double the quoted rate. Staff had no information of a special room rate that had been agreed for members of a wedding group and I was charged normal rate. Poor communication between the front desk team was frustrating.

Review 23：The staff is not nice, is like you are asking for favors. The arquitecturr of the rooms does not match the 'Japanese' style of the hotel. Is just poor concrete construction. Forget about this hotel if you need a wheel chair. The price is way too high for what you get. It is significantly over rated. I would never go back to that hotel.
