Review 1：My husband wore ear plugs to sleep but was still woken up by other guests in the middle of the night screaming to each other, singing if that what you would call it. Phoned the front desk after midnight to do something about it but they were at a loss, next day moved us to a room on the other side, slept a bit better. To much per night for what you get.

Review 3：Beautiful and quiet hotel with a lovely garden and great pools next to the beach. The rooms in building 3 are nice and comfy. The beds are not too hard and includes a safe and a refrigerator. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk away from the city centre

Asked to change our sheets waited an hour still nothing went down to be told Didn't have key to laundry cupboard so nothing can do after stripped our bed so we were expected to sleep on a mattress, eventually managed to get sheets off someone else's room I think no idea where they came From. Was quite happy with hotel until this. Rooms very dated shower doesn't drain.

Review 14：There was evidence of there previously having been bed bugs in the room (blood stains on the mattress and bed bug carcass underneath the plastic), but it seems like they had it under control. After thorough inspection, we did not find any live ones anywhere.

Review 15：When we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to a bungalow. It was nice and cozy. Staff was friendly. We did not use the pool as it rained while we were there but it looked nice. Big restaurant that we did not get to try because we were leaving early. Since we couldn't take advantage of the free breakfast, they prepared a small breakfast box to take with us in the morning. Also, once we got to the port to take the ferry, my boyfriend realized he had forgotten his wallet in the room. We used the taxi's phone to call the hotel and they found the wallet and sent someone to the port to deliver it before the ferry left. It was super nice of them to actually send someone since it was about 20-25 mins away and the guy had to speed like mad to get to us on time. Gave him a good tip though so all is well!

Review 17：The staff were really nice, I was sick in one of the days of my stay and the restaurant gave me ginger and lemon for free. (i really appreciate the small things) We extended our stay for another night and paid directly to the hotel and they took in consideration that we stayed before 3 nights and gave a good price

Review 21：Super friendly/helping staff! You can book boat tickets, taxi's, daytrips etc. at the front desk and they are more than happy to help you. They even prepared a breakfast box when we left at 7:30 to catch the ferry. Pool at the beachfront is amazing! I would recommend this hotel to everybody!

Review 22：Menu is a bit small but food was lovely. Can't swim in the sea here but that's not the hotels fault and pools are big and clean. Laundry service is very expensive but there a laundry across the road that's a fraction on the price.

Review 23：Almost everything, without doubt the best staff on Samui if not Thailand! I've been coming to Thailand since 07 and have stayed in everything from low cost hostels to mid range to the most expensive hotels on the islands and I have to say the staff here are the best. My wife got ATM card stuck in a machine and the desk staff called the bank and tried their best to sort it. Also we made a booking mistake on a transfer to Kho Tao and the hotel staff went to the travel agent and got it sorted. Just small things going above and beyond and so very nice and polite. 2 lovely pools, very quiet but only a 5-10 min walk to Haad Rin centre or full moon beach. The staff in restraraunt (Ian) and (Romano? I think) were excellent. Good breakfast also. Overall very nice experience here.

Review 24：Did not make this destination due to mistake in location. I was in suratthani but the wrong place. Have given it low score because I have had no contact from them and they took my money for the stay.

Review 25：Grey and holey bed linen and mattress needed renewing. The shower was a hazard. Temperature of the water in the shower/bath could only be regulated by very tall people otherwise one had to stand on the side of the bath!

Review 34：As a newly married couple and being the 2nd hotel we stayed in Koh Samui,we feel bad to find this hotel a bit later and should have extended our stay here(we only stayed one night :(. A wonderful receptionist (especially Cynthia) who always have smile on her face and treat us well and her husband Rommel such a great man to catch with! We love the swimming pool with the seaside view the best!! And our room was decorated with petals of roses as welcoming us. The breakfast was great and have few varieties to choose on.The location was really near to the Haad Rin Full Moon Party and Cactus Bar.We never had the hustle to rent a bike as it's just right in front of the hotel with good price.Cynthia evan help us to arrange a shuttle van(And It's Just two of us) to the nearest ferry which is just 5minute away for us to go back to Koh Samui the very next day. We really miss the place and surely will make a second trip soon. Thank you for everything.

Review 35：lots of Mosquitos so make sure you spray your room, wear a net and do anything else you can to limit bites. I was bitten 17 times in one night. Beach that the hotel is on is not very nice but only a short walk from haad rin! The lighting in the cottages was not very good

Review 37：Wifi was pathetic, even for an island in Southeast Asia. The only access point that worked was in the lobby. I told the staff and they told me to try another one and made no effort to fix the problem. Breakfast was not very good. Prices were through the roof for what was delivered.

Being greated every morning at breakfast and in the evenings by Rommel who looked after us very well during our stay. The entire resort was great and even better than in the pictures. Review 44：The staff were fantastic, particularly the restaurant staff who remembered our names and greeted us personally whenever we came down for meals. The main lady (Runa I think) in the restaurant always made a huge effort to talk with us and was always bright and cheerful (amazing considering the crazy hours they do over full moon period!). There were 2 pools available, one next to the beach and restaurant (more popular) and the other in a shadier spot; they were both clean and the perfect temperature - just make sure you wear plenty of sunblock or you'll get burnt because the sun on this island is vicious!

Review 45：Gym has run down cardio equipment but does have free weights and a bench so i managed an ok workout every morning. Very hot though not much space and poor ac.

Review 47：ALL of the staff are the friendliest staff we have ever come across. The pool is amazing and right next to the beach, pool bar with cocktails and happy hour. The breakfast and dinner was also very good. It is very relaxing here but also just a few minutes walk to the shopping area and night life of Haad Rin. We will definitely spend more time here next time.

Review 48：We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from 1st Jan... Big mistake due to full moon parties. This place is a little on the rough side so don't expect any luxuries. It does have a nice quiet beach which is the only positive and away from most of the noise. The restaurant reminded me of a youth hostel & the breakfast wasn't worth getting up for! We had a number of issues with our room. Don't expect hot water, there are ants in the bathroom, no bath plug, the pool was dirty but on the up side the reception staff were helpful & kind. We were returning guests to this hotel, last time was 3 years ago but we shall never go back here again! Really disappointing!

Review 56：There was too many boy groups staying at the hotel ,making too much noise,yelling and hitting doors,playing loud music. It's not suitable for young men-women groups to stay at this hotel, it was very uncomforting. Pool was incredibly dirty , not possible to swim , sea was muddy. Hotel's taxi service was too expensive compared to outside.It should be affordable for hotel's customers as it's only 3 star hotel. Wi-fi was very poor, impossible to get any connection.

Review 64：My husband got really ill one night and the staff were just amazing. They called a doctor right away and he was sent off to Koh Samui by speedboat. They packed our stuff carefully and we picked it up a few days later. It was my birthday that day and the staff sang a song and brought me birthdaycake. They were rally nice and helpful!

Review 105：We booked this hotel one month in advance for the full moon party which was one of the few hotels left available. Its within walking distance of the beach for the full moon party and just a short taxi ride away from the pier. There is a nice bar/pool area at the back which back s onto the beach for lovely sunset views. There is also a 7/11 just next door and a place across the road to hire a scooter.

Review 116：restaurant and breakfast (very poor) was terrible. beach is dirty, a lot of stones and a sewage pipe ends directly in water infront of the hotel. staff did not clean up the room every day. Sheets had holes and sometimes the towles were dirty. shower does not had a curtain so the complete bathroom is wet after showering. Some drawers were looked. AC remote did only work if you are very close (2-5 cm).

We originally booked for 3 nights but had to leave 1 day earlier and the manager was kind enough not to charge us! The pool was kind of on the beach and its view was super! Lots of young adults were staying in the hotel so the over all atmosphere was very nice. Was a 5 min walk to Haadrin beach. Really loved the place and would definetly stay again!

Review 129：Personally, i prefer the other side of the beach (the SUNRISE side). My key door didn't work and for the last 2 days one of the stuff members needed to come with me to open the door every time.
