Review 2：they are the best ever. owner was there start away was a happy lady show us to our room said to us if there is anything she could do just ring before taking us to out room she showed us the spa pool and pool area. every time we saw her she waved at us and always said hi and are we ok will stay there again and again great people lovely rooms and the best pool thanks for a great stay see u soon jo and damien

Review 3：Only thing missing was air con, thankfully not needed on our stay, but if we'd have asked staff for some cooling equipment we feel sure they would have supplied it.

Review 4：Spotlessly clean. Staff (meet and greet) was excellent, very informative and even lending us towels, soap, shampoo to attend local spa. Excellent location.

Review 5：We loved the helpfulness of the owner's who went out of their way to make us comfortable and also supplied airport transfers. The motel was very clean and more than adequate for our needs. The location was within walking distance to town for meals etc.

Review 6：There is a hot water pipe by the wall in the car park and there is no warning etc that it is hot. My partner accidentally burnt her calf trying to get the luggage from the trunk. The staff did not really react when I raised this with them. When you go there just make sure your kid (or you) doesn't touch it.

Review 14：Lovely owner/operators offer a personal service and they were very attentive to our needs. We stayed in the "studio with spa" and found it to have everything we needed and more. Lovely room, lovely reception upon arrival and lovely stay.

Review 20：Great motel, 15 minutes walk from the i-site and city center. The owner are very nice and helpful. They gave us a ride to the bus station in the early morning we left. Having a full kitchen including a stove was great.

Review 36：There was an intermittent noise from the upstairs unit till late night. I have to ask them to keep quite, but they didn't care. I've commented with the owner, she apologised and told me that she also ask them to keep the noise to minimum. Some people are just annoying. Not the motel fault though, but next time I will ask for a unit upstairs.

Review 37：Our second stay on this place, the owners were amazing once again, super friendly and helpful. Room was big enough for 3 adults, nice and clean, the pool is great.

Review 52：We were not aware of the heated pool until the morning we left. Had we been aware we surely would have used it.

Review 53：The owners/managers were very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect. It had just been renovated so it was clean, bright and large enough for 2 adults with 2 large suitcases and backpacks, with a comfortable king bed with cozy linens, with 2 night tables with lamps, a table with 2 chairs and an alcove for luggage with shelves and hanger space. There was a separate, compact but fully equipped kitchen. Dish cloth and towel were supplied daily. The bathroom was modern, bright, and spacious with a wonderful shower with plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

The stuff helped me book the skyline restaurant just an hour before the dinner started when I tried to do it online and wasn't successful, and they had vouchers for activities discounts! Room was great, it was very nice and clean and tidy! Great location! I really enjoyed my stay!

Review 65：Very courteous and friendly staff. Great facilities and including doing my washing all hours of the night to be ready for the next day. That was amazing because I think it was like 10:30ish at night when I asked and they were done by 7:30am. The normal time for washing and drying was like 2-6pm so was pleased about that. Plus I wasn't charged for it too. Rooms was comfortable enough and basic but very decent. Warm and cosy too. Lovely service and atmosphere at reception.

Review 70：Lovely staff, good facilities and great value for money. We arrived late at night and the room was warmed for us and portacot ready for our baby. Yan waved us goodbye when we left the next day.

Review 71：Small things like the bathroom door kept popping open and the tv would suddenly change channel or the volume would go up or down on it's own. We explained these things to the owner and she was very happy that we had given this feedback. These small things did not spoil our stay.

Review 109：Badly needing refurbishing and the taps were very hard to turn on as well as being devoid of any chrome (they were totally black), and they were dirty. Vinyl flooring was so sticky we had to keep shoes on at all times and carpet was very dirty. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded - would hate to think what state the original unit we had booked was in. We stayed 2 nights and went to friends to have our shower each day.

Review 118：The place typified a 70's motel. Concrete block,extremely tired decor,Formica tops,very dark bathroom,taps all of which dripped all night...that is after you managed to wrench them on in the first place. Road noise which was so bad & although not exactly on a main road,every car,truck & vehicle seemed to thunder past all day & night shaking the place noisily. However,the Piece de Resistance was the shower. On my first morning I was almost pushed against the wall of the shower cubicle by the force of the water..enormous pressure,very hot & with very little movement of the shower head. The second morning, I aimed the head pointing down as much as it would allow before I stepped in. Again,huge pressure to the extent the pressure blew off the shower head..which hit me on my left chest...scalding water blowing out from the shower pipe in the wall. After leaping out,I slipped & hit my right toe. Not broken it seemed,but already bruising appearing on my left chest. When I checked out..explained to the women in reception & showed her the results of what happened, she was most apologetic & graciously insisted on my accepting a partial refund. This was not my objective,nor what I sought. However I did accept as she was so insistent. So,after having my toe treated a couple of days later as it had become infected..a week long course of antibiotics & further medical examinations of my chest..thanks to ACC. I now feel about right! Would I go to that motel again? Perhaps if some catastrophe occurred & I was evacuated there...but by choice? No thank you!
