Review 1：I liked that there were premade eggs and waffles in the fridge but I noticed that the packages that were dated were a couple of weeks old. Others weren't dated at all. Food should typically only be stored in the fridge for 3 days or so before it is bad.

Review 2：We were looking for an affordable hotel that was decent quality. The Nova hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are very friendly, the lobby and rooms are updated and clean, and we had everything we needed.

Review 3：The bed was uncomfortable.....too small. I'm sure it was a double even though we had booked a queen. There was some kind of fungus growing in the sink drain. Very hard to brush your teeth without being sick.

Review 5：Weather was extremely windy so It was noisy as that made the door rattle most of the night. I didn't know how to adjust the heat, the room was a bit warmer than I like it.

Review 7：Room was hot, air conditioning did not work;difficult to open windows. Wifi did not work. Television did not work. Only one pillow per person and they were flat; needed replacing. Spa and pool were closed;room was booked with intention of using these facilities. Guests staying on the floor above were noisy until approx 2.30am resulting in being unable to sleep.

Review 9：Pool and hot tub were not working and we weren't told of this when we booked, called to confirm our reservation, nor when we checked in. Only told after check in when we came down to ask its location. The breakfast was bad, and even the coffee tasted poor (had an onion-y taste).

Review 13：State of repair, particularly the door lock, which was totallyunreliable. Damage deposit was an annoyance. There was no follow-up todetermine the state of the unit and the theft issue upon departure,hence no assurance that a claim would not be made after departure. Notethat the unit's door lock was unreliable. Hence, the supervisor madean inspection, at our request after a lengthy discussion that wasrequired, because the desk staff (3) couldn't understand why we wereconcerned. They failed to grasp that they controlled the credit cardprocessing, not us. We were being asked to accept their word, when wewere well aware that they had no basis for their assurance, because theyhad failed to conduct an inspection. They had a procedure that they wereapplying without thought.

Review 15：None of the staff were in uniforms, some were even in shorts. You couldn't distinguish wether they were staff or not. They didn't present a professional appearance. There wasn't much available in the exercise room and the pool and hot tub were out of order.

Review 35：Proximity to Jasper national park at a reasonable room rate. Hinton offers many good restaurants and walking trails. Also the beautiful Switzer Provincial Park. Staff were very helpful and friendly. As we are travelling with 2 small dogs, this is a great pet friendly hotel.

We mentioned it to the front desk staff all they said is that the building must have shifted. Not enough seatting area for the continental breakfast

Originally preferred in Banff park, but pleasant drive both ways to Hinton, and Beaver Boardwalk in Hinton is excellent.

Review 54：I arrived on cold, rainy evening and was chilled when I arrived inside. The heat was turned low so the room was cold and took a long time to warm up. That meant I spent the whole evening being cold.
