Review 1：Wonderful place, one of the best accommodation I had in my life. Perfect welcome (very kind stuff and everyone speaks English), perfect breakfast, perfect live music in the internal pub, modern room with the direct access in the Spa. What else do you need?

Review 2：Big confusion on check out. Several mistakes on the bill. Use of visacard without permission and without sending pdf invoice for the extravisa charged. Pub didn't served coffe and water after I left spawith argument of dress code( I found Pub allways without guests)....

Review 4：- some staff look very stressed, no smile, - 3d deco made me feeling a bit awkward, - the name of the hotel difficult to pronounce and refers to Alice in Wonderland which has nothing to do with the history of this beautiful listed building. What's more as a child I never liked this fairytale, regarded as a scary one! - a bit too pretenciouss and overdone with a laminate quality.

Review 21：There was no wireless,(it was confirmed there is wireless),room has 2 single bed instead of i reserved one big bed.I have asked morning call 6:30 but nobody have called.There was no english instruction in rooms.
