Review 1：Rooms were not ready and we arrived at 430. Not enough staff. Orange juice was off complained but nothing done. Was there for a wedding and food was quite poor and workers had no idea what drinks there was.

Review 2：The spa tub overflowed considerably when we got in and we were worried about the water cascading below to other balconies.

Review 3：The apartment was so comfortable, clean and well furnished in a simple uncluttered way.

Review 4：Been very finicky here, no travel size moisturizers been provided. Would be nice after the use of the hot tub.

Review 21：Having stayed here 3 times before, we were quite disappointed with our stay this time. We arrived to a room with 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, a couple of tissues in a box, lollies on the ground and a very dismissive attitude from the manager. It took 2 phone calls to finally get more loo paper. Rooms not made up between days. Maybe disappointment was highlighted by the completely different attitude of previous managers/ staff and the inability to have the late flexible checkout that we've enjoyed on previous stays , allowing us to enjoy a shower and spa after a long hike. As it's usually extremely quiet this time of year this hasn't usually been an issue, but was clearly not possible this time when we asked.

Review 23：Going in off peak (out of ski season) meant facilities were not all open and staff a little thin on the ground. Breakfast was included - but drinks weren't - the breakfast was al a carte/cafe but options were minimal.

Review 29：Staff took too long at the front desk. Small bat flew into our apartment and we couldn't get to anyone from the hotel to come and clean this up. We had to wait till next day.

We took two apartments and both needed extra heating on day one. *Dinner was poor didn't eat there again, room also filled with smoke from a failing ventilation system and the doors had to be open.....Freezing! *Beds are hard as a rock, go sore shoulder and hip on the first night *Large head on shower was frustrating as I had to move around under the shower to properly wash my hair

Review 77：The hotel was not very clean, the pool/sauna area was very, very dirty. It seems that they didn't bother to clean at all in a very long time. That is a no-no for a hotel that charges AUD 300 a night!

Review 78：Location was very good, close to one of the ski lifts, the grocery store, and the post office. The two bedroom apartment was comfortable enough, the kitchen well-equipped. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we chose to change the apartment, and the staff were fast to respond and give us a new room.

Review 79：- the apartments have a few design problems; 1) lack of adequate lighting over dining table, beds etc 2) not very private on balconies - overlooked and exposed to everyone 3) no space in kitchenette for putting your own groceries 4) there was a little safe in the apartment but it was not secured to anything (so you could just walk out the door with it!)
