Review 1：There was a problem with my door. I was locked out with my stuff locked in. The staff tried for about an hour to open the door. They didn't offer me anything besides sitting and waiting in the lobby. After they got my room open they gave me a new room.
Review 2：The man that checked us in Thursday evening was not very friendly at all. I tried to brighten his evening by trying to be friendly but he didn't respond at all in kind and I was very disappointed in his service.
Review 3：We felt that the price we paid was money well spent. The man behind the counter when we checked out Friday morning was very helpful and friendly. If not for him we probably wouldn't come back because of what happened the previous evening.

Review 6：The room needed a good cleaning The dryer in the laundry facility didn't work.... After I wasted $3 on it. And the room smelled & activated our allergies. Also before 7:00am a dog in a room next to ours starting continuously barking & it took several guests complaining for the staff to do anything.

Review 8：The mattresses are old and need to be replaced. When my husband & I laid down we both rolled into the middle. The wake-up call button was broken so I spoke to someone at the desk requesting a 6:00a.m. call. No one ever called. The two days that we were there we were gone all day and each day when we returned our keys didn't work-we were locked out of our room. Each time we had to walk up front to have it fixed. On the second day when I told the front desk person that I was annoyed that this kept happening he did not apologize but rather said that it must have been something that we were doing to cause it to happen. When my husband stated that neither of our keys worked and they were kept in different places he just shrugged his shoulders. Other visitors were loud at night. When I told the desk person at check out about all of our issues, again I did not receive an apology. Nothing but a blank stare. Save your money and go elsewhere. Old outdated building with very poor customer service.
Review 9：We checked in late and the desk clerk was not very welcoming or pleasant. Was traveling with another family( friends of ours) and we asked for rooms close to each other and he totally ignored us.
Review 10：Breakfast was great. Morning staff was awesome. Room was clean. Pool was clean and well kept.loved the insight washer and dryer, and fitness room.
Review 11：Very poor wifi. TV did not work. Lamp broke. Room had an overall cheap feel. Breakfast was paltry.The plastic utensils were so thin and cheapthey were hard to use.

Review 15：The bathroom was filthy when I arrived. In the morning, the two men at the desk were rude and disrespectful. The were unwilling to help me. They need training in customer service. Very poor service.
Review 16：The girl at the desk was nice but would not honor the price I received on line. I even showed her the confirmation and still would not honor it. I had to call the online booking and they had to talk to her in order to honor the price I was quoted. This took 45 minutes.
