Review 1：Beautiful hotel and beautiful room! We had a room in the corner, so we had city and harbour view with only paying city view. Very friendly staff and good restaurant. Quite pricey, but normal for a better hotel and Hongkong. Wifi was excellent. Very close to the Metro, only 3 minute walk. Free shuttle bus to Airport express and ferry pier.
Review 2：The pool was very big, beautiful and very clean but the jacuzzi didn't work. But it's ok the beach is better anyways.
Review 3：Beautiful beach. A little windy but beautiful. Near the full moon party (good area) and at night you can hear some music but nothing to lose sleep over. The rooms were very nice! Bungalow style. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Review 12：All facilities were really good. But the service was just prefect. They arranged trips and also my flight back to Bangkok, both for really fair rates, no service fee. Location is perfect. Foot walk down the beach to the bars, but still quiet at night.

Review 14：We went in in between the moon parties, but that didn't stop us enjoying the setting. The location is justamazing, (I literally took some of the best pictures ever!). The staff were so friendly and helpful.The food was top notch and having come from Koh Samui, where we had to pay for just about everything. It was an added bonus that my friend and I were able to while away some chill time, shootinG pool and playing table tennis all for free.

Review 17：Building works going on every day very noisy by the pool,can hear it from bungalows Bathroom smelled Some issues with bedsheets (whitening powered used to clean them but would wear off overnight and old body paints stains would come through and we had to prove that it wasn't us by requesting brand new sheets ) but resolved at the end but took 4 days and created stress as they charge you if you stain the sheets

Review 21：I have never received such great treatment by a hotel staff before. Even when we almost missed our fairy after checking out, they told us that if we miss it - they'll be responsible for us and there is nothing to worry about.

Review 26：The location is great. Staff was very caring and kind. foood in Restaurant was top quality and very delicious. Very peaceful and family friendly envirovent. We have stayed in other Hotels over the years in Hadrin beach but from now on this would be the only place we stay once come back.
Review 27：The only downside was the basic room of the hotel, it was not our style but the only room still available. The room is affordable and perfect for those who are looking for a cheaper vacation or traveling through Asia.
Review 28：We loved our stay at Palita Lodge super friendly staff that made one feel extremely welcome. When we arrived we had only booked and planned on staying three nights but after spending one night there we decided we wanted to stay longer. Soo the manager was able to help accommodate us even though the hotel was booked because it was a couple of days before a full moon party. We stayed an entire week and had a great time at the full moon party. Hotel is great for backpackers as well for families. The restaurant has delicious Thai food at an affordable price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing and fun vacation on the beach. The beach is one of the best on the island with beautiful white sand and clear blue water.

Actually everything was excellent, the staff is one big family, running the business and they care about every detail in order to please the guests. The food is very delicious, we recommend to choose to have dinner in Pallita restaurant, rather than go to Haad Rin center, much better food and service. In the center of everything, but still very peaceful even on the night of Full moon party. Would definitely stay there again :-)

It was so great and worth the money. The invinity pool was nice ans gte beach had white pretty sand. Tue breakfast is a la carte but very good. Also tue quality of the lunch and dinner was very tasty.
Review 46：This hotel has a pool and a large one at that, however there is a lot of greenery and therefore it's shaded compared to other hotel pools adjacent to it. They could do with cutting all that back.
Review 47：This set of lodges are 5 steps away from the beach of Haad Rin where all the parties and vibrant nightlife is. However it's on a part of the. Beach where you can't hear them Should you leave early. The staff are really friendly and helped us with a booze cruise booking and going on to the next destination. The quality of their menu meals is really good. They also give you two free bottles of ice cold water on checkout.
Review 48：The rates druing full moon are overpriced : you stay for 2 nights and pay for 5 nights. Not all the rooms are spcaious and well maintained. You cannot call some rooms as villa gardens...

Review 69：Haad Rin isn't the nicest part of Phangan by far, and we ended up forfeiting a couple of nights we had to pay for Palita to move to one of the northern beaches, which are beautiful and more relaxed. Palita is pretty expensive for the only real benefit of being close to the action for parties, which go all night every night leading up to the Full Moon party. Other beaches not too far away or expensive via taxi are a lot cheaper.
Review 70：Staff were lovely and the room was nice, though a little small. The Garden Suites looked much nicer and a lot bigger. The buffet for Full Moon was delicious. The hotel is right on the beach where the Full Moon Party is, so can get quite noisy no matter where you stay. Great location if that's the sole purpose of your visit.

Review 81：When we stayed here, there were construction works going on. So it wasn't always a great place to chill out. We heared the hammering and drilling when we were relaxing at the pool. We wanted to do an excursion one day, and we asked the lady from the reception if she could make a short phonecall to that location. But she didn't want to; we had to pay to use the Phone ourselves. In our opion, a hotel in this price range, should offer such a Phonecall as a service to the guest. The staff attitude was changing; sometimes very friendly; sometimes a bit cranky

Review 86：Excellent location - hotel complex is right on the beach. We were upgraded from a poolside room (because of construction in the room next door) to a suite which was further away from the beach up a path. This was also quieter which we were thankful for as neighbouring restaurants played loud music with bass that carried. Breakfast was included - amazing! You can choose from a range of meals including bacon and eggs, fruit platter. Swimming pool is big with lots of loungers and a handy shower for washing off all the sand from the beach. Staff helped book our transfers and boat to Koh Tao at the same price that travel agents advertised in the town. Easy walk to town - 5min along the beach.
Review 87：Liked most everything. I would suggest the workers use the middle pathway when heading up the hill to the road rather than walking by the guestrooms so many times per day. but really, it it a great place to stay and this is a small matter!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
