Review 1：a little sink at the kitchen area in the 4x bedded room would have been nice. would prefer front glass tinted to block view from outside although curtains are avaialble for privacy

Review 3：Ground floor studio apartment with a communal swimming pool and hot pool. Communal washing machine was very useful. Very well designed apartment with a socket for the hair dryer near a mirror!

Review 15：The 2 bedroom appartment we were allocated was dark, dingy and dirty. The carpet and tiles needed a good scrub and there was mould all through the bathroom. We were stuck here for 3 nights. The 'free' wifi only worked in one of the bedrooms (not the main one) and was so slow it was next to useless. The room rate was not cheap and I expected much more than this. Location was not ideal with a 10 min drive to get something to eat. The bedrooms were upstairs and were really hot. As the main bedroom looked out onto a main road you couldn't even open a window. Basics like a fan, hairdrier and safe were not even provided. Very disappointed! We won't be coming back and certainly won't be recommending it to anyone else.

Review 16：Friendly and helpful staff. Near the town centre, large grocery store within a mile. Really enjoyed relaxing in the spa pool after a rough boat trip to White Island, and the bed was very comfortable.

Review 17：The bathroom was the only let down. The floor looked dirty. It looked almost like toothpaste stains everywhere. I'm not sure if it was stains or it hadn't been cleaned but we just put a towel down to stand on instead of the floor

The kitchen was a kettle and microwave a few plates and knives and forks and a teatowel, no can opener or toaster or sink. Dishes had to be done in the bathroom sink with no dishcloth or detergent.My friend had so many problems she left as I saw others do. The spa pool didn't work. They took my money when I booked and no refunds so I couldn't afford to move. The lounge was dark.

Found another place to stay and then my husband had to demand the refund after he started telling us that he couldn't refund in full. An absolute terrible experience. Do not recommend

There were 2 beds in each unit and it states children stay free as long as using the same bed. No way they charge the higher rate and $40 for a child. Parking not allocated so disabled parking was used by very able people.

It appears to get a quick surface rub-over but needs a serious clean. The rest of the apartment was clean and really comfortable. But having a dirty bathroom really made me score this quite low.

Review 121：The furniture is really comfortable and the tv is awesome (plug your USB in and watch your own things!). The bed is super comfy and the apartment layout is really great and modern. Your front door opens into the very spacious lounge and the 'hallway' is the long kitchenette with the bedroom at the end and the bathroom off to the right of the kitchen.

Review 122：I was unpleasantly surprised to find that there is a charge for the hire of a toaster! Also the water in the pool was cool - no one seemed to be swimming in it - it must be the only motel in Rotorua that doesn't have a thermally-heated pool.

Review 131：On arrival to our unit we were faced with lots of blue laundry bags directly outside the door. On entering we found that the toilet seat was broken as well as the shower soap tray. On inspecting the bedrooms we found one light had no light shade and this was where the children were going to sleep. The toilet seat and soap tray were mended on request but we had to move one of the light shades from the living area as they did nothing about it. We were surprised these things were not picked up by house keeping. Parking is a bit hit and miss as units are not allocated spots. I was not automatically given a town map and the reception did not offer any advise on places to go or advise if they had any discounts available, even when I asked for a map. This is the only place that has not done this.
