Review 1：Service is very slow for check in and check out and they screwed up my reservation (gave me a room with a king size bed instead of 2 double beds)

Review 3：Needed more than basic Spanish to get by. Not in a very touristy spot. Staff booked us a taxi but the guy dropped us in the wrong place!
Review 4：The room was nice and spacious. The pool was lovely. Perfect location for Our Cabaña (one of the world centres for Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.)
Review 5：Although everyone treated us great, the food wasn't the best. To be honest, the food was bland at Faisan and too expensive. One night, my girlfriend ordered a well done burger and you could tell that it was frozen burger, not to mention that it wasn't cooked through.
Review 6：We really enjoyed the fact that our towels, soap, and so on were replenished daily. We also received complimentary water bottles daily, which was great because we only drank bottled water. The AC worked perfect and the view from our balcony was beautiful.

Review 9：There were three masons tearing down a rock and concrete fence with a chisel... the pounding was very unpleasant... we could not have a relaxing evening. the excessive noise and pounding got on our nerves. We couldn't believe these poor men were working like in the slave years..or like cavemen... very disappointing.

Review 17：The WiFi didn't work most if the night and the staff blamed it on the rain.it still wouldn't connect even hours after the rain stopped.. The jacuzzi tub was dirty inside and the spout wasn't working correctly.. The night staff were not helpful and were rude. The valet wouldn't give us our keys until we gave him a tip.

Review 21：On the pictures the gym looks nice but in reality there are only 4 devices from which 3 are broken. There is only one spinning bike that works. During my stay there was a very loud party in one of the venues. Not good if you have to wake up early.

The nextmorning, they apologized for our lost reservation and moved us to abetter room for the second night.

Review 30：They have a Club on the roof that opens Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays... the music gets too loud and it's impossible to sleep before 2 AM, had to call the front desk and ask them to lower the volume.
