Review 1：Couple of front desk staffs working on 10 December 2015 were unprofessional during check out. Not busy but chose not to serve. Had to ask the female with glasses firmly before she finally did. The thin male just sat there and looked up. The ceiling must be very fascinating. Very surprised by their behavior as all other staffs had being excellent.
Review 2：Location of hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Near good food although for more choices, may need to travel by car, but only a few minutes drive. Bonus that McDonald's is just couple of minutes walk away. Most hotel staffs were very welcoming and professional. The arrival and duration of stay was met with very helpful hotel staff.

Review 13：In my booking it said 'breakfast included' but I had to pay extra for breakfast at the hotel, so it was a little more expensive in total.
Review 14：The building and gardens are very beautiful and as we drove up I was overwhelmed. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. The room was a Superior Twin with lots of space, very comfortable and relaxing. The public bath is small but very nice with small outdoor bath too. We had the breakfast in the Birdwatch Cafe and both the Japanese and Western options were delicious. My boyfriend is vegetarian and they didn't hesitate to tweak the menu slightly for him. Very helpful and a great hotel experience!
