Reviews for Las Mañanitas

Review 1:Very very very expensive. Shower is a bath tub very small.Very very slow service. In the middle of a not so nice area.Foreign visitors are charged more for no reason.Reception staff not pleasant.Don't go if you want value for money not worth it.

Review 2:very nice gardens, nice pool, and good food.Generally staff nice except for reception

Review 3:This time around the service levels have slipped - it was tough getting the attention of the waiters when in the past you were waited on hand-and-foot. There was no hot water in the rooms and the Wi-Fi service was spotty. They had problems printing my receipt and just handed me a hand-written credit receipt (haven't received the receipt they promised from 2 days ago)

Review 4:I have stayed at this hotel several times starting in 1989 - it has always been one of my favorites and the food and ambiance is just great. The lawn and garden have peacocks and flamingoes strutting around and the hotel itself is in the old colonial style with most of the modern conveniences.

Review 5:The cost was considerable but I suppose if the service is exceptional( and it was) I can overlook that!

Review 6:It was an incredible experience. Everything was perfect and the food was exceptional.

Review 7:The corridor leading to my room was very dark.

Review 8:I Think everything.

Review 9:There was no hot water in room 9. Luke warm.

Review 10:I was returning after 50 years. Still a great destination.

Review 11:Sloppily dressed tourists, mostly Mexican "Day Trippers" who come to the famous restaurant.

Review 12:We have been going to las Mananitas for many years...This was our tenth visit...The staff greets us with a "welcome home"...this Relais and Chateaux is one of the very finest in the world, and we have stayed in many, mostly in France.

Review 13:There was a wedding celebration taking place at the hotel, the music was loud. We could hear it all from our room.

Review 14:The food is incredible, at any time. Very good service

Review 15:The staff and service absolutely wonderful . I was very sad to leave as I became very attached to the staff in all areas of the hotel and feel I have made some life time friends !

Review 16:Rude intake staff -- twice they tried to cheat me: once in the officialdollar - peso exchange rate and once with our pre-paid room bill. Thisis the last time I will stay at Las Mananitas. Beware!
