Review 1：No room service in hotel as they ran out of supplies . They said it was consumed on new years day. Surely not a five star service. More like a 2 star.

Review 2：The reception staff were very helpful and gave us a number to buy a take away.

Review 3：1. The bathrooms have visable mold growing on the wall tile and in the bath tub. 2. Controlling the room temperature was difficult either it was too much or too little. 3. The restaurant food was over priced in regards to quality and quantity. 4. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Review 5：Low qualified personnel. Lady at reception do not believe to client(standing before me) that he was not using mini bar. This is her fault -she mixed numbers 401 with 410. So she knows better and by mistake shecharges client with bill from wrong number. He paid by credit card. Notpossible to return money. Manager did not come. She in panic. I'mlate - waiting for their argument end- one hour. Do not go there. Hotelis not visible, closed with high fence, you are like in prison

Review 7：Room was not clean, dirty windows. The manager didn't contact me even if I request for this couple of times. The price is at the level of luxury hotel in Bucharest. Poor breakfast, empty trays...

Review 11：The facilities are excellent, the room (5star area) large with huge bathtub (round over 2 m diameter!), looks like a holiday resort with large swimming pool, varied menu and good quality food.

Review 12：There were only 2 water bottles in the minibar. At 2 in the morning I was thirsty. The reception clerk told me there was nothing she could do. The bar is closed and locked. This led to a rather rude exchange between us. In the end, I suggested she get water from an empty room, which she then arrranged. Conclusion: Far short of 5-star service levels. Maybe four stars. As ofteh in Romania, construction materials are substandard, for instance the floor of the bath tup is soft like thin plastic. The towel rack is very inconvenient behind the toilet.

Review 14：Its to strange that in 5 stars hotel the people don't trust the client about what they take from frigo bar, its strange to listen that they have to send someone to check the frigo bar, but the main its listen from them to write to booking for ask to don't charge the commission, even if the room was a prepaid for 2 days . Its unbelievable!!!!

Review 15：I didn't like the room for 65 Euro per night was to small, no confort , no balcony the bed as well very small, I fall down many times. I was feling i stay in a small box , i tyred to rent apartment was too expensive and i didn't. I'm upset because they didn't told me they have bigger rooms with balcony at same price ,and they knew i want biger spaces for 2 persons.i find too late they have free rooms and bigger. I think they didn't told me because they thought i will be happy in that small room or i will rent a apartament with 160 e per night. Is not fair. The breakfast was a dezastre, have not many choices, I find expired bred not eatble,expired food as well, the boild eggs have a very bad smell, i think they keep it along time . Definitely for this price and that room with that breakfast no worth it .

Review 16：Well I stayed 2 weeks, the hotel is nice, clean with many facilities spa,gym. The staff is very nice, politely.

Review 17：no smoking breakfast during 7:00-10:00 ( breakfast time if want buy a redbull imposible bar close and no one can give you one. room service program 10:00-22:00 why you have a room service if have this hours probably just to keep 5 star standards poor mini bar (just few things not many to chouse) restaurant and bar cloing 10 pm too early for a 5 star no balcony (but i had a standard room some room may have) no wi fee (but you have cable in the room)

But let's say the hotel wasunderstaffed, many things missing in room, no flatscreen tv asadvertised but a prehistoric one, noisy place (wedding party deejayplaying super loud music until 4 in morning, I am not kidding, felt likelaying down on a bed in middle of a nightclub) and above all thereception guy trying to ripp me off for a lousy 10 Ron at checkout time! never again viva club hotel in galati !

Review 45：Hard to locate. Used a GPS, but still managed to drive past the gates (located on a small street) the first time. Not close to city centre, so either you had to take the car there, or stay at the hotel. Breakfast was poor, no buffet so had to order what I want. Ordered ham and cheese sandwich, but only got three kinds of cheese, no ham but vegetables. Not worthy of a 5 star hotel. Should be a buffet! Overall, a bit disappointed. IMO, only a 4 star hotel.

Review 46：Great room, secure parking and lots of things within in the hotel complex, such as pools, tennis court etc., though I didn't try most of them. A shower mat in the shower is always a plus, just like a minibar.

Review 47：The SPA centre was shut for the weekend and we hadn't been informed in advance. They let us use the gym and swimming pool but no saunas or massages etc. It was a disapointment as that was why we'd chosen that hotel. Only one downside to an otherwise perfect trip!

Review 50：Cleanliness leaves to be desired: the toilet seat had dirty traces (although sealed by a paper stripe "disinfected"), hair wires in the bath tub, crumbs on the tables in the restaurant when having breakfast. Poor breakfast (there was no omelet on the table, I asked the waiter an omelet without ham from the kitchen and he got me one with ham). When checking in, I asked about internet. They said wireless in the lobby and restaurant only but cables in every room - I didn't find any cable in my room. The position of the hotel is on the outskirts, very far from the center and any touristic attraction, in a dubious area. Far from the exaction of a hotel with 4 and 5* rooms and high rates.
