Review 1：No exuipment at all in room, like a hairdryer, extra pillows etc. The air ventilation in the Batroom was quite noisy.

Review 16：A good hotel, excellent staff. Parking arranged through the hotel on arrival, close to the door, and not too expensive - 80Kr per day for 24h. The attached restaurant / bar is convenient.
Review 17：Hotel is very worn down. Desperate need for renovation. Missed iron and ironing board in hotel room, or at least the opportunity to borrow one. Had to instead iron cloths in luggage room. Parking was way too expensive. Wifi was extremely slow do I used my 3G phone instead. Overall the hotel was ok, but will not be my first choice the next time we make reservations in Falun.

Review 19：The facilites are old and not very impressive. I had a single room, the size was OK but the interior reminds me of a cabin on an old Viking Line-ship. The bathroom looked like an lockerroom from when i went to high school (not good!). Shower was not great. There were no free products in the bathroom (schampoo, conditioner, body lotion), only two towels. Breakfast tasted OK but also there- facilites are boring. Not cosy at all. For the amount of money you pay for one night I think the whole hotel should be a lot better.
Review 20：The location is very central, close to shopping and just a few minutes walk from trainstation. The staff are friendly and very quick at check-in and check-out.

Review 23：No hair dryer in room... Which I found out after washing my hair! Told Icould call and ask for one, as if I could read their minds... Only oneTOWEL...ridiculous-- no bath mat.... Tv was tiny and old... Wouldn'tmind the furnishings so much except for the bed which was so soft andmushy that I woke with a backache... No coffee or tea in the room....novending machines so there's no drink to choose witthout going to thebar, which closes at 11:00. no ice. Have to wait in line because onlyone person works the desk... No guard chain on door or other secondarysafety feature, and no peephole to view outside... Mentioning thisbecause if you do not keep the key right in the lock, the door will notlock, but even then, only at a certain angle. There was no way to adjustthe heat and it was inadequate. This was an overpriced, dated hotelwithout even a scrap of paper to write on, no tv guide, and if you closethe drapes, no heat, as they block the inadwquate radiatior. I rolled upthe drapes onto the windowsill in order to keep the room warmer. Theshower head was a cheap plastic thing with a spray I could have got froma watering can...The best feature was an outstanding bar and grill thatwas really one of the best I've been in, outside of Ireland. Thestaff was, in contrast, apologetic and thougthful.

Breakfast would be considered good for anamerican, but not as good as most to anyone who has traveled in Swedenbefore... No salmon, no pastries, orange juice was watery....
Review 25：The room I stayed in was a disaster! A dirty bed with holes in the madras, dirty old carpets, mould in the bathroom, disgusting! Not even close to value for money!

Review 27：The room smelt musky like the room had not been properly cleaned fromthe occupant before or that it used to be a smoking room. Veryunpleasant actually which meant the window had to be opened a lot whichis not great in November in Sweden as usually very cold.

Review 29：Our bedroom was located above the entrance of the o Leary pub,and sowhen it came to turning out time we had to suffer the unacceptable noisefrom people who had consumed far to much alcohol.I Was very surprisedthe police were not called as this disturbance continued for well overan hour,and had this happened in England it would not have beentolerated.
