Review 1：dint have hot water, when i called reception they providet me with another room for the rest of "my check out day"... No hot water was still the problem, i guess cold showers to start the day

Review 3：The room was not the room they gave me other past times. It wasn't renovated, no wi-fi in that room. Always ask for villa 3 there everything is perfect.

Review 5：Very poor service from staff. Although desk staff were ok, one meal (a plate of French Fries and a bread roll) took more than an hour, despite a reminder after about 45 minutes. Also The breakfast was poor, the breakfast staff was impolite and the coffee machine broke down.

Review 11：Not a spa hotel, but rather a football academy, conference facility, dental centre, public pool, public bar and restaurant with some cheaply furnished rooms. WIFI "works everywhere in the complex except in the hotel rooms". No air-con, but some sort of ventilation system which hadn't been activated; also, no mosquito nets so to get any fresh air during the night we also got badly bitten. Hotel guests are the lowest down the noisy food chain and have to pay extra even just to swim in the outdoor pool by the bar.

Review 15：The bathroom was designed poorly. You had to move the bathroom door to find the light - which took 5 min. to find the first time around. The shower should have been flipped in location to the sink and toilet.

Review 21：We were at the hotel by 2 a.m. (tired, as I was wearing my bridal dress for 16 hours by then) I said that we have a reservation and the receptionist asked "is it for today". What a stupid question. Who goes in a hotel, if his reservation is not for the same day?! I am pretty sure that she didn't find the res. and just gave us a room.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. ---> so it is written on the Homepage! Free ,s correct but no internet available in the rooms we cant check our E-Mails and comunicate with our customers with skype! İf your room is in the near of a router you will be happy otherwise you must youse the internet of your mobile phone (very high prices 150 MB cost 100 €)
