Review 1：Hard to get out of the resort for a walk as footpaths weren't suitable for buggy and it was quite isolated

Review 17：Ants, ants, ants...House was infested with ants. On first day I bought a spray which put down a chemical barrier to stop them getting in. This cut down the problem significantly, but after a few days they started appearing in large numbers again. Literally ants in every room, sometimes crawling on top of you in bed at night. Luckily we weren't squeamish, but my wife certainly would not return because of this. Other reviews have mentioned ants, so this is a known issue that the management have not addressed. I understand the odd ant or two, but not for the ants to have free reign of the house. Wifi was incredibly slow (5 min wait for a page to load - why not just switch it off? Would be less frustrating). Food in the restaurant is good, but very slow - 1 hour plus to get main course, not many tables occupied. Area is a bit remote (but I expected this & had a car).

Review 18：Great 2 bedroom villa, lots of space and facilities in the house. Pool area was very good as well. Safe for kids, some activities for them to do. Huge potential if a couple of critical issues were addressed...

A car would be helpful although not absolutely necessary as resort supply bus into town 3 times in the mornings and 1 pickup in the afternoon. The small town of Corvoeiro is only 10 minutes away by taxi 7euros each way (including tip).
