Review 1：Towels provided for the pool. Comfortable rooms, lovely to find somewhere that could accommodate our family of 5 easily. Easy access to central city.

Review 3：The bed and pillows were terrible....overall the facility was poor as the kitchen was like a corridor. Not the type I would like to stay
Review 4：Shower floor was seriously cracked and was covered up with a mouldy rubber mat which my 2 year old little girl had to stand on whilst being washed otherwise she would have cut her feet. Crack led to water leaking through to the bedroom area resulting in a soggy carpet next to main bed. Management appeared to have been previously aware of this problem when we reported it but had done very little to rectify the situation. Management made no attempt to reduce price of the room due to the problem. Place is in need of a good refurb!
Review 5：Staff were friendly and immediately sorted out the light bulbs in the bathroom that were not working when we arrived. Location was handy and outside pool was good.

Review 12：Very cold night. Only had small inadequate oil heater. Shower floor seriously craked with rubber mat over it. All of us got bitten by bed bugs. Won't be back.
Review 13：The spa pool was cold and wouldn't heat. We mentioned this to staff, they said we could use a pool from a spare room which we did but that pool was empty. They filled it with tap water but it didn't have any functions working (bubbles etc) so was just a bath. We paid extra for a spa pool room so this was very frustrating.

Review 15：Our spa pool wasn't working properly, the bubbles wouldn't go, the pool was chipped, the step to get in was poorly made and wobbly and the catch on a window at the front of the unit was broken and couldn't be secured.

We arrived (after a 4 hour drive) at 12:10m and were told there were no notes to say we could have an early check-in. The staff member said she very rarely approves 12pm check-in as though I was lying about it. I felt really insulted by the whole thing.

Review 27：The room was filthy from the tea towel which we had replaced for an even filthier towel, the bathroom had hair everywhere, non of the cutlery or plates were clean,we had to wash everything before using. The bed sheets were stained as were the curtains. The motel does not look like what is should when booking, very outdated, actually should be bulldozed down and built again. Drains leaked, and the room walls were so thin you can hear people fart, cough and everything inbetween!!!

Review 72：No extra hooks to hang up pool towels. We had a room right by the entrance into the hall way and even at 2am people couldn't get the door open and was banging on the door to be let in. Our room also seemed to be the stopping point for people to stop and talk on their phones all night long. This was not a mistake made by the hotel and when I mentioned it in the morning, the lady at reception said that I should have phoned them at the time.

Review 74：Very outdated style. Did not like the bathroom, the shower wasn't very good. After a shower, the bathroom would be soaked (because the shower is on the same level as the floor). Not enough bathmats, overall bad design I suppose. Bed was okay, I wouldn't say very comfortable.
Review 75：Receptionist was wonderful and the bosses were extremely accommodating. We were due to arrive at 11.30pm on a Friday night and the manager was easy to contact and didn't seem to mind waiting for us. The spa was a bonus but unfortunately it was filled with leaves, which we had to clean in order to use it. Location was excellent.

They were using drills, nail guns, sawsand had tools all over the carpark until 6.30 some nights and commencedwork again at 9am in the morning!!! If we had known renovations werehappening at the time of our stay, we would not have booked there. Veryrude and not helpful at all!!!

The pool was lovely and warm, and is usuable in any weather conditions. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this accommodation.
