A new villa built in the traditional style, the Larus lies 1,000 feet from Palić Lake. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi, as well as a lounge and TV room suitable for relaxation.
All units feature an LCD TV and a private bathroom with shower. A spacious sun terrace provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Fenced local parking is also available.
During the summer the town of Palić offers numerous activities: a zoo, a children’s playground, various music performances and an international film festival. The nearby swimming pool can be used free of charge.

Review 1：Only 1 power plug available in the room (2 if you do not plan to use the fridge). Bring your extension cord (or try asking for one at the reception).

Review 2：Spacious room, clean and tidy. Staff is nice and outgoing. 5 min walk from the lake.

Review 3：Problem is that there is no side walk from Villa to lake and you are on the open road for good 150 m. WiFi is based on 3 different access points on tree location. Pets are not allowed, but i have seen one on property

Review 4：Location is really near to the lake, stuff is more than pleasant, buffet breakfast (that you need to pay for, not included in booking offer at that time) is more than ok. Parking lot is ok, there is a swimming pool on next property that you can use free of charge. And it is really near, 20m or so

Review 6：Has everything you need and expect from a professionally run lodging. Breakfast and staff were great. The garden and grounds were amazing. Wish I had more time to stay at the hotel.

Review 7：It would be better to have more rooms with at least a queen, if not king size bed (instead of two single beds), just to make solo travelers' stay more comfortable. This is, however, a minor complaint, overall the place is excellent.

Review 9：The villa is nice and open to its yard, the parking is spatious, the room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman from the reception waited for us in front of the hotel at midnight, and was very kind, hospitable and helpful. Highly recommended.

Ultramodern centralized air-conditioning system, which guarantees the silence in the room and the inability to catch a cold. Perfect opportunity to use for free the large pool at a nearby hotel. Good cost / benefit ratio.
