Review 1：Very Nice staff!!! Even after we forget something in the safe deposit they did the impossible to send iT with the next boat !! Veryyyyy good service !!

Review 3：Breakfast . Every day the same food. Nothing special to choose. Very expensive spa, but they give you 50% discount. Not so comfortable beds. A/C in front of your bed. When you turn it off its hot, but when you turn it on its too cold.

Review 6：Our cliff bungalow was amazing. We were upgraded to this bungalow since they were doing some reconstruction on the unit we had booked. We had a fantastic seaview from our bedroom window and balcony. The beach is nice and the sunset here is beautiful. Be aware that Haad Rin is a bit of a ghost town when it is not Full Moon Party.

Review 11：1. When we arrived they put us in a room with near neighbors made full full of noise , we asked to switch and they offered us a room with a clogged toilet . Eventually they moved us into the room where the water flow was terrible . And we did not have the power to complain . 2. When we left the receptionist claimed we took voice and broke the ashtray did not happen and we proved it to her . 3. The cleaner threw us we kept boxes . 4. The fact that this place has a lunch break near the rooms and they keep talking there and disturb an afternoon nap .

Review 19：Great accommodation, awesome pool area and a small but stunning and - espacially for Haad Rin - peaceful beach. Location is ideal, near to everything in town but settled back to the opposite beach side and within that like an escape of the party zone if desired. We have been here during full moon and from my point of view that's the optimal place for grown up flash packers who want to have some luxury during their travels. Totally worth it.

Review 20：There were many people from the middle east and although I have nothing against their culture, they were very disrespectful and pretty much did whatever they wanted. The staff did not say anything as those tourists were all booked in the expensive rooms. It showed that money seemed to be a priority. As well, the staff at the front desk were not friendly and seemed annoyed. The other staff on the resort though were very nice.

Review 21：The private beach is simply beautiful and the view from our room was unbelievable. As well, the food at the resort was actually quite good and very authentic tasting which is not something you see often.

Review 22：The beach is full of rocks under water, and the water is very shallow, so swimming is impractical. The pool is small and shallow. Need to climb a few staircases to get to the room, and getting to the city center is a relatively long walk.

Review 31：The beach is full of rocks so you can't swim there. The staff is unpredictable; sometimes they're really friendly and sometimes they just can't be bothered to deal with guests. The hotel is full of Israeli's, which wouldn't be a problem if they weren't so loud all the time. They played loud music and made noise all night till sunrise and we couldn't get any sleep. They were also very rude to the staff and inconsiderate of other guests.

Review 32：The private pool and terrace was a nice spot to relax. Free wifi, but you have to log in every time you leave the property.

Review 33：Staff were always helpful. The massage I had in the spa was incredible! Truly. The only real negative thing was that you cannot swim in the ocean at the resort. Too shallow and many urchins, reef and rocks. Oh and sea cucumbers. But other than that the pool was nice and the beach not too far (sunrise beach) was great for swimming.

Review 34：The grounds were beautiful as was the location of our room after we upgraded to a better room. We 1st checked in and were given a hillside bungalow that was allllllllll the way at the highest point of the resort. The view was amazing but the trek back up to the room was not convenient. So we upgraded to the penthouse villa which was very spacious, easy access to the beach and pool.

Review 44：It was very busy when we went but the resort still manage to keep a relaxed atmosphere, it had something for everyone, young and old. The beach is beautiful and very relaxing.

Review 45：The 'hot' water in the shower was a little cool for my liking but it wasn't a deal breaker. The towels in the room were not replaced throughout our 4 night stay and instead the used ones were collected from the various hanging spaces in the room and neatly folded up at the bottom of the bed. Fairly annoying as myself and my friend were effectively sharing towels as we didn't know which one we had used the day before.

Review 46：We stayed here for 5 nights and we loved every single thing about the resort. Firstly the transfer from the pier was amazing - got our trip off to a very easy start. The staff working in the resort were so helpful and friendly so they made our stay an absolute pleasure. The pool area is brilliant - tons of space and very clean. The close proximity to the beach was fantastic and Leela beach was so picturesque and clean compared to sunrise and even sunset beach. The accomodation itself: we had opted to stay in one of the hillside bungalows which were simply gorgeous! Very quiet as we didn't hear any other guests, and very well finished. We had hoped for a twin room but there was only availability for a double but this was quite possibly the biggest double bed I have ever shared with anyone so it wasn't an issue. The location of the resort is perfect too as it's quite close to shops/nightlife (10min walk) but still far enough away so that it wasn't too noisy. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

The traveling agency lady (which sits at the hotel but not related to the hotel) was rude and deceptive. after we bought a ferry trip to phi phi specially from her because she said it will arrive there earlier then other ferrys, turned out we needed to wait 2 hours at the pier for no reason for a differant ferry then what prommised to us. And if we want to go with the ferry promised to us we need to buy additional ticket to it again. When we called her to complain she was rude and came with different irationall excuses. Eventually she saied that that's the way it is and there nothing we can do, if we want we need to buy additional ticket, and hang the phone.

Review 50：The location is fantastic, its a walking distance from the center (although walking will require a minor climb on the hill), the hotel also provides free ferry taxies to the center. There is also a very nice restorant on the hill right out of the hotel with great view and tasty menu! The hotel is right on the beach (depends on the type of room you choose but still very very close). The beach is magestic specially before the sunset. The crew is very kind and professional.

The beds are horrible they are lumpy and old and very hard horrible nights sleep or lack of. Sheets are dirty. Shower and bathroom are not very clean and the water from the tap and the shower is very very salty.

Review 102：Hadrin is awful when no full moon. No-one out and nothing to do. We didn't want to stay for the full moon, but expected a bit of life a few days before. Most people eat in their accommodation, so no restaurants to go to as alternative. Could be a bit cheaper. The hotel at night tries to be a bit of a party hotel, but they have a really nice chill out area where you can watch a movie. At times, we couldn't hear the movie as they wanted the beach bar to be pumping, but no-one ever went there so it was just the barman pumping out music on his own.

Review 103：Right in Hadrin but not too close. Escape from the main drag, but a nice short walk to the restaurants and shops. Pool was fabulous, room was great. Food really nice in restaurant. Loved the movies at night! Good travel advice for trips.

Review 104：the full moon after party which went on for the following 36hours after the full moon sounded like it was actually happening in the hotel, couldn't relax by the pool! NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS. for the amount of money you pay there is no wifi in the rooms, which is an actual joke, when I went to speak to reception about how when we have spent £5 in some hostels and we've had wifi in the rooms they just laughed in our face and said write a complaint. (Not acceptable) Although this looked like a lovely hotel and yes the room and food here is lovely the service from staff and lack of wifi it really is very expensive for what you actually get!

Review 105：Yes good location maybe 5 minute walk into town/full moon beach even with a steep hill. Good breakfast included and good pool area! Lots of stairs again for the hill side huts, which was not a problem for us. Although this looked like a lovely hotel and yes the room and food here is lovely the service from staff and lack of wifi it really is very expensive for what you actually get!

The air con in the villa was efficient, even too efficient :) couldn't find many options. The breakfast was ok, but would expect more on these prices. Review 114：We stayed in the beach front villa, which was very nice, situated right at the beach. Lovely view, big villa and even an own terrace and a small pool. The hotel has a nice restaurant. Liked the fact that the place was not isolated, there were lot of restaurants and cafes near by. The beach was quiet and pleasant, no hassling around. Like the area a lot. The staff was very helpful. The Haad Rin pier is very near, which makes things very easy. So don't go to Thongsala, choose the ferry which goes to Haad Rin Pier.

Review 115：Although the room was clean the bed is terrible (sheets pillows etc'). The shower didn't work properly and you can see rust all over the metal stuff there. Towels looked like they where used over 20 years.

The staff also make too much use of the amenities , on many occasions we wanted to use the pool table but the staff were too busy using it so werent able to.

Please note that for bookings during Full Moon and New Year period, guests are required to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with information on how to do so. The room will be held up to 3 days until payment has been made. After 3 days without payment, the booking will automatically be canceled.For all Full Moon nights, room prices include a compulsory cocktail party for 2 guests. Any extra guests are charged separately.
