Review 1：No reception from 5pm to 8am, so the security guard is the one trying to help but he doesn't speak English. The room wasn't cleaned for 3 days, so they didn't change the towel, no refill of cosmetic products etc. The breakfast was really minimal. The gym was very dirty: cocktoach and worms.

Review 2：Location, very close to the beach. The pool is nice. The gym is an advantage.

Review 3：I was very disturbed to find staff coming out of our room one day during our stay saying they had just been watering the plants on the verandah, even though it had rained all night. Airport transfer that was arranged and paid for through Resava prior to travel didn't arrive. I arranged a late checkout on the day of our departure only to find cleaners in our room 1 hour before we were due to leave, they just let themselves in.

Review 4：Loved the bed very comfortable but don't go looking for the towels shaped like swans as shown in the photos, you wont find them. Good location inbetween Surin Beach and Bang Thao Beach.

Review 5：Contractors entered the apartment to fix the air con. We were not notified this would be happening, so it was a little surprising to come back in the afternoon and find 6 people in the apartment, 4 sat down on the settee! To do the work our belongings needed to be moved so it was a little bit invasive, we should have been notified.

Review 6：The size of the apartment and location. Good size balcony and very quiet. Small but well kept and quiet pool area.

Review 7：I feel that the new staff aren't happy with their job which definitely impacts on the customer, they weren't directly rude however a carefree attitude prevailed apart from the lovely night guard who always helps you park your car

Review 9：We had to switch units after 1 night as the air conditioner in the main bedroom was howling with a bad fan bearing and also was excessively musty smelling

Review 11：- there are ants problems in the kitchen. But only if you leave food or crumbs about. - the electric water kettle doesn't work. It suppose to have a pump you press for the water to come out. I have to tip it at an angle to get water out. - Major issue with hot water in the shower. There was no hot water at all. We have brought it up with the management but it wasn't fix. - On our 2nd last day the air con in the bedroom at night made such loud whirring sound that we couldn't sleep. There was a fan so we had to switch off the a/c and use the fan instead. We brought up the issue with management and i think they did come by to the apartment to fix it while we were out, but the whirring sound persist. We gave up and since we were leaving soon we didn't go back to the management and had to use the fan again.

Review 12：- place is clean and quiet - nice pool that on most days are empty - friendly staff, manage to hired a car for 4 days easily. - provide simple breakfast - nice restaurants nearby - Surin beach is just 5 mins walk away

Review 13：Stayed for 10 days no cleaning, no fresh towels or fresh bedding!! Apparently I had to ask???? I don't think so, this should all have been done anyway

Review 15：We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Suriname. The proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches was awesome. Every night we wondered back to the beach to take in one of the many fine restaurants overlooking the water. We will be back!

I guess the owner hasn't understood that with serviced apartments they are at least expected to clean and provide at the very least toilet paper and bottled water. Breakfast was good and the staff excellent. Our stay was spoiled on the last day with a bill for a non matching broken glass. 300bht!!!

It would have been nice to eat or have a drink on occasion without having to walk up the hill to Surin especially as the weather was very hot. The breakfast was ok - good coffee but very limited choice with everything else. Not even any spreads for toast other than margarine.

Review 64：We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. View from the balcony was great. Air conditioning was effective and beds and furnishing comfortable. We really enjoyed having the extra space an apartment gave us and the pool area while small was never crowded and very nice. Location was good with the walk to Surin Beach only taking about 6 min.

Review 67：When I arrived at noon, the receptionist was gone for lunch. The woman representing the managing company was sullen, finally gave me my key, and when I started to ask her another question, said, "We're just the managing company. I don't have answers to your questions. I called the receptionist to tell him you were here, so you'll have to wait for him." So I started with no map, no wifi, no help in getting organized in Surin.

Review 68：When the receptionist was there, he was delightful. However, I think it is always a bad idea to have the reception desk empty after 6pm. Keith at the breakfast area was also helpful and good to chat with. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely. The balcony was to die for, the living room was spacious, the bed, while still hard for American standards, was the nicest one I'd slept in while in Thailand. If you can get past the problems downstairs, you'll love the room.

Review 69：The breakfast could be a bit better - in Thailand watermelon & pineapple seems a bit lazy for everyday selection when the islands are full of mangoes, papayas etc. Sometimes even these fruits were unedible. Highchairs would be appreciated, as would umbrellas for the pool area.

Review 70：I liked the apartment a lot. Good aircon. Wonderfull balcony and great view. Nice peaceful location above the tsunami zone. Good although small pool. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel & several restaurants at walking distance. Walking distance also to both surin & bangtao beaches. Great minigolf close to bangtao beach!

Review 71：Good location, 400m to Surin Beach where are good restaurants (price bit higher than in other beaches but portions are big and quality good), very good massage places and white sand beach with huge waves. Excellent breakfast solution - they give You A5 with things to select and then cook it for You. If You want You can select everything, there's no change You will be hungry after the breakfast.

Review 72：Note that the reception is open only from 9-6, and even then there might be no one there to help you. The people in the restaurant do not speak much English. This really is more a condominion than a hotel.

Review 78：The air conditioning in the front bedroom dripped quite a lot of water for our entire stay, it kept my friend awake at night. We put a towel under it every night, which wasn't enough to soak up all the water. The one in my room dripped only one night and wet everything on the floor under it ( suitcase etc). When we reported to front desk were told that the owner is aware of it, but has done nothing to repair it. Come on owner....Get your act together and have it repaired!!!

Review 79：My first time in Phuket and very happy with Surin Park. The staff were fantastic, always ready to assist and nothing was too difficult for them. Thank you Yu In the restaurant for everything you did for us - the food was delicious and your cocktails heavenly. The apartment was fabulous, two bedroom with all the amenities you need. Cleaned every second day which was perfect for us. Breakfast which was included was just what we required to start the day. View from our apartment was great, saw the sun rise most mornings.

Review 80：The pool was unfortunately under maintenance for three days of the four that we were staying, however, the late check out on our last day compensated for this. Perhaps a tide guide could be provided to guests so that they know when high and low tides are to avoid unnecessarily walking to the beach when swimming is not possible. While the food at the in-house restaurant was reasonably priced, the majority of local and international dishes had a deep fried aspect.

Review 81：As a family traveling with a 15month old, the two bedroom apartment walking out to the pool (room 101) we hired was ideal. Some of the rooms located closer to the carpark can be more noisy. There are two beaches located nearby. Surin beach is the closer, and cleaner, whilst Bang Tao is a further walk. The latter beach has a better local flavor. Susan, who worked the main desk regularly, is an absolute asset to Surin Beach. She assisted with bookings, guided us and I later found out baked the best thing on the house menu- the chocolate lava cake.
