Review 1：Reported a major leak in the spa room of our unit told they were unaware of this and due to it raining heavily could do nothing about it.We were unable to use this facility for that day and night.Was disappointed we weren't offered another room or if this was not possible then at least a reduction on the price of the room.No attempt was made to remedy the leak when the weather came fine again.

Review 37：The sofa bed was predictably uncomfortable - although better than most. But this is not really a complaint as much as a suggestion. Maybe if rooms with different bed configurations are available, let guests know, we would have happily paid for an upgrade if there was one with a king bed. Actually Booking.com could do better on this front by making the precise configuration of the room being booked. We thought we had booked a room with a King, but it had a Queen (admittedly a very nice one).

Review 38：The suite was laid out perfectly, with subtle and understated furnishings that appeared as new. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were very lovely people. The winning feature of the room was without doubt the giant spa bath in the bathroom, our 4 month old baby slept soundly all night after having a little float about. We will definitely stay again in future.

The accommodation and grounds are beautifully maintained and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed... Review 56：Shower is in the same with jacuzzi and the shower water coming out from a tiny hole sprays so hard that it hurts sometimes even I try to adjust the level of water, so I have decided to change to take a shower from a tap on Day 2 with quite a bit adjusting myself bending to get water from the tap.

Review 57：Wide space in the suite for our two (9yr +4 yr) children to play around. Even heavy rain on Day 2 of our stay but we have DVD player and some movie DVD provided. Electric blankets provided for each of four beds. Our children enjoyed a private jacuzzi in the room. :))

Don't miss the breakfast. They serve in room and you can choose your time. Shirley does prepare nice food. We stayed there for two nights and we have breakfast on both days.

Review 82：We spent 2 nights at Silver Fern during a 3 week trip to NZ. A friendly welcome, a really comfortable bed, and a well designed room with milk in the fridge, and 3 mins from the centre of Rotorua by car. It certainly did the trick for us and we would highly recommend.

Review 83：Ah, our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! They booked our adventures for us and even drove us to "eat street" so we didn't have to call a taxi. Our experience was wonderful in Rotorua and I would definitely recommend the Silver Fern Inn :)

A heater was mounted on the wall in the bathroom to help dry your swimmers. Free guest laundry was very useful, 20 minute wash and very quick 20 minute dry (which was all our clothes needed to dry).
