We stayed at rooms 8017 & 8023. ●People smoking outside closed to main entrances. Floor (external)closed to main entrances full of cigarettes ashes, some cigarette buds on the floor, tissue papers, plastic/paper drinking cups. Rubbish bins full. ●Should not allocate rubbish bins closed to the main entrances. ●Dedicated smoking area can be provided but to be away from the main entrances or external drop off area. The smokes went into the lobby area. ●Reception phone not being picked up or answered (during the peak period) on 21Dec around 11.30am. Call was made for quite a long time. To provide dedicated person or divert the call if reception is very busy. ●Directory of hotel telephone to provide on the table at room. Example 1 reception, 4 housekeeping etc. ●To provide a proper personal washing facility for the toilet ie spray water with flexible hose. ●Additional prayer mats requested through housekeeping came in small size. Suggest to have a standard size prayer mat. ●Cloth Hangers in room not enough. Suggest to have 7 pieces. ●Power point for the kettle at my family's room in 8017 not working. In Shaa Allah.

If converted to malaysia dollar nearly rm $301.00 (1 bnd: 3.02 malaysia ringgit) Maybe hidden charges ... I dont understand about the charges..

Review 32：Some of the counter staffs got very bad in PR communication. They did not serve customers very well & polite. Customer got to wait in front of their face & they seem like we are not exist. Without any smile & saying sorry for waiting, they serve us with bad quality as a in front desk workers.

Review 42：The kitchen fittings are already run down and the sofa settee is doubtfully clean ! The TV is low grade with fuzzy pictures and has limited channels. The bathrooms are without floor towels and there is no in house slippers. Simple stuffs like toothbrush, shaver need to be requested! Do these dig a hole in their budget or earnings really ? The lift card is out of date. It should have been programmed such that if it is coded for your room at 16th floor, just bringing the card close to the detector or when it is inserted, it should auto select 16 for you instead of figuring how to punch the 16 when the light blinks after detecting. It was quite a crowded lift when weddings or celebrations dinners are on the 5th Floor and a few floors guests are trying to fumble inserting the card and then looking where the floor number is and when the crowd is there in the lift, my God, many just could not punch in their floor number. This is aweful ! There is no map or paper assistance to show guests how to drive their cars into the car park basement for parking ! One has to figure out the turn left, turn right, turn left and down to basement 2 verbal instructions ! Phew !

Review 43：The Location is good and very central, with eating places nearby. Shopping is also a breeze. The executive suite is clean enough but there is still room for improvements.

Review 52：The head of staff and the staff who were present during our check-in were rude and very unfriendly. We were told to wait until 3pm to check in, and when it was 3pm we stood there in front of the reception and none of them had the courtesy to ask or explain the delay. Since we were travelling with a toodler and an infant, we needed the room so they get their rest. But the staff were oblivious about this which was unacceptable to me since its their part of their job to attend to their customer's needs. They couldne even afford a smile, not even a thank you!

Although we didn't complain, this should have been checked the room attendant or supervisors. Perhaps, they want to sell the room immediately to avoid complain, but then the cleanliness was sacrificed

Review 80：We love the express check-in that the lady provided us. We love the spacious room, swimming pool and gym. It is so convenient as the mall is just opposite the hotel.

On checking in, I felt the place has not been stayed in hence it has not been cleaned for a while. When we tried joining the two beds, there were chocolate wrappers under the bed. I dont think I would go back again. A place can be old or run down or not clean but it cannot be all three.

Review 118：Housekeeping services sent 2 extras bed to our apartment when we are not there. Entering the apartment without our consent. Placing one of the extra bed in one of the room where our things are there. Should take into consideration that no one is allowed to enter the room when we as a guest is not there. Very disappointed that we have to use a swimming costume to swim with our kids in the pool. I've chose this hotel so i could spare my time in the pool with my kids. Its pointless when i have to sit and just look. Why is the swimming restricted whereas we pay sufficiently.
