Review 1：Noisy, the hotel put a group of children right next to me. They were screaming, running and banging late at night. The hotel wasn't full so they should put groups like this on another level by themselves. My spa card didn't work and so I had to walk Downstairs to reception in my bath robe. It was crowded and cold I was made to wait. Internet in my room did not work for the first 3 days
Review 2：Location was great, right near the train station. Great if you are travelling around by train. The young boy who does night duty was very kind and patient to assist English only guest
Review 3：Perfect location just in front of Jr Station. Rooms are big, new, and clean. They have wifi in the room, even you can choose the kind of pillow you want. And the spa is great, really relaxing. Also the staff even if they don't speak much english they put all the efforts to understand you. Really great choice in Obihiro.
