Review 1：the property is not comfortable not the balcony, the garden or the furniture, bad is beautiful but TERRIBLY uncomfortable, as the shower. very bad breakfastroom and breakfast sorry !

Review 13：There was a dreadful smell of drains in the room on the top floor we had on the first night - bad enough to keep my daughter awake. However, we were given a different room for the second night which was a big improvement. Free wifi was sporadic and not easy to connect.

Review 19：I like shopping and there is not much around. If you want to go to Patong for shops it is a $60 round trip by taxi and takes about 40 mins. The bed was very hard, even though they tried to soften it with a mattress topper.

Review 20：The room was big and the balcony I had was big although with construction going on next door my view was of a crane, but that is not their fault. The beach was over the road across a paddock and down some steps so very handy. I requested a certain room and this was granted. Very quiet location if you just want to relax and the beach is lovely.

Ugly, not well planned building with balcony views either on some construction site or buildings next door. Poor breakfast. Noise from some some construction site next door. I would never ever call it "boutique"! Bathroom did not smell nice at all. Hard bed ( to my taste, but some may like it!)

Review 25：The construction near by. Probably it is timing issue, but it is not nice to wake up during vacation because of this. The good thing about this - the works was not on daily basis :) The sound isolation between rooms is not great.

Review 41：The room definitely looks more expensive and feels more comfortable than the value of money we paid. It was my boyfriend's birthday and they were so thoughtful to prepare birthday message and roses for him! On the day we checked out, we had an evening flight, the staff were so nice to lend us beach towel to chill at the beach even after we checked out and let us use the shower facility before we headed to the airport in the evening.

I stayed 2 weeks with my partner androoms are so big and so cool and clean and you find everything you needinside like towels , sandals, shampoo shower gel, tooth kit and top upwith coffee tea and water every day. S the enterior design is simple butin the same time rich of elegance. The staff is very helpful and smilingall the time. 2 swimming pool outside and an open space were you can get1 hour massage for only 450 to 500 bth. Amazing beach just 5 minutwalking. Cheap price and definitely this hotel could be a 4 star!

Upgrade the key design - sounds silly but will make all the difference to making the hotel really classy. Could do with a mirror in the main bedroom (long one).

We are relaxed people looking for a place to relax and there are additionally 2 lovely swimming pools at the hotel including a massage area slightly away from the pool which we did not use. If you are looking for a hotel restaurant that is open after three or poolside drink service look elsewhere. Overall a very pleasant stay.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at on my last 8 weeks: I had the grand luxury double room for 800BHT/Night during low season - staff speaks good english - incredible value for that price - very clean and luxurious rooms - huge TV channel selection - silent AC - stable and fasf Wifi - 2 very nice pools - Surin Beach is very pretty and not too crowded - Scooters for 300 BHT/day at the reception - again my room was simply amazing

Review 64：booking.com description says the hotel is only 50m from the beach. In fact, this is not true. I tracked it and the walking distance is 300m! Not really a big deal though because the walk is between palm trees and not on a busy road or such a thing.

Bed was comfortable, WIFI worked well, bathrooms were clean, A/C had good settings (I don't like them when they are lound and here you could even choose a very quite fan speed when preferred), pool was beautiful and location is really good in terms of beach access. Drive to airport at 9.30pm took us 25 min. Free of charge beach towels (1 per person per day), quick check-in and check-out, lots of storage space in room.

Review 79：Just could not recommend this place enough, the staff are so wonderful here, down to even remembering my first name on my second visit, they can't do nano ugh for you the massage is absolutely wonderful here too at a good rate, if you are looking at staying here... Dogs in the neighborhood were barking all night long, being impossible to have a good sleep. No elevator. You must leave your room keys at reception if you want housekeeping services, and nobody controls which key you pick when you come back, being a serious security problem. Won't come back to this hotel after the treatment received by Ms Marcelle.

Review 96：It's the second time we stay in this hotel because we like the location. Surin beach is only 5 minutes away walking. Rates are quite reasonable. Most of the staff members are very nice and polite, except for Ms Marcelle from the reception. Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilet is clean. Safety box. Balcony.

Review 97：Not so easy to find because it's in an alley. Water temperature in the shower fluctuates a little. Breakfast starts 7:30, which can be a bit late if you are going on an early morning activity. Not too many choices but it was enough for us. You must leave your room key at the front desk if you want housekeeping services. The main problem is that they don't control who has access to the keys. Any guest could get anyone's key. This is a big security issue, even though you have a safe in the room.

Review 98：We paid around 200$ for a 4 nights stay during low season. Good location, 5 min walk to Surin Beach. Rooms are nice and quiet. King size bed very comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean. Balcony in the room. Top ceiling fan and air conditioning. They provide beach towels and mats. Shower to available if you plan to go to the beach after checking out.

Review 101：The only thing really is no elavator. Our room was on the last floor, which was not a problem for me (my mum struggled a bit more), but I can see that may be an issue for some people. Also, 2 minor things: 1) the doors to the bathroom were transparent, which may be an issue if you're going there with a friend. 2) No large mirror in the room - there was only a small one (to see a face) in the bathroom, but the bathroom was quite dark, so seeing anything was quite tricky. Despite of these minor things, I really recommend this hotel! Really good value, I think its the best choice in Surin Beach. I preferred staying at Surintra so much more than at the five star hotel we stayed in Koh Lanta.

Review 102：The room was clean and the cleaner came daily (all towels + bed sheets changed every day + all toiletries restocked, something that did not happen in the five-star hotel that we stayed in Koh Lanta (Rawi Warin)). We were afraid of the location (as its not on the beach), but it was actually really good. None of the hotels on Surin Beach have direct access to the beach, and most of the best ones (e.g. Hilton or Twin Palms) are on the same street as Surintra. We loved that its close to both Surin beach (about 5 min walk, basically just crossing the backyard, the main street and some short pre-beach path with trees) and Bangtao Beach (around 10-15 min walk) where there are more choices in terms of restaurants. The staff was really lovely - impacable service, very friendly and helpful. They helped with baggage both when moving in (which is standard) and moving out (a bit less obvious, did not happen in any other hotel that we stayed in Thailand).

Review 108：Not much to criticise about the hotel; more a tip for first-time travelers to Phuket: Surin Beach is one of the priciest corners of Thailand, i.e. the beach clubs' prices at the upper range of the spectrum.

Review 110：Breakfasts were pretty boring, but for a week or less staying it is OK! For us it was an advantage though, but Surin beach is very quiet and almost empty. There are of course a few very nice cafes and beach bars, but for those guys who prefer active nightlife and hanging out better choose another beach for staying (Patong, Kata or Kamala at last)

Review 111：location is very good approximately 5-6 min to the beach! But pay attention there is a pretty long stairs down to the beach:) Staff was extremely polite and helpful! Also it was possible to borrow beach towels and beach rugs with umbrellas on the reception. And, for us it was very useful, don't hesitate to ask the knife in the hotel restaurant if you buy fruits! Not large (for max 5-6 cars) free parking was also available. That place is perfect for relaxing and fuss-free vacations!
