Review 1：I have been staying at the Casablance several times, for several nights each. I especially like the central location and the quiet rooms. In winter the rooms are warm and cozy (important). The staff is really great and friendly; they try to help wherever they can.

Review 2：Very poor hotel, unclean, the mattress are poor, there was no shampoo, my towel was served torn and unclean,the door room was with a defect which you can see through it from outside, the windows aren't secure in the room.

Review 5：we liked the location. it is almost near the central places, resturants, coffee shops etc. the staff was very helpful and polite. they tried their best to make our stay comfortable. .
