Review 1：Rooms were spacious and well provided for in terms of amenities. Room was clean and staff were extremely attentive with excellent recommendations on various activities to do. Helpful in making necessary bookings and adjustments. Overall, very attentive and friendly staff! Will definitely be my first choice on my next to Phuket.

Review 12：Apartment size and quality fittings. Wifi excellent. Pool an oasis. Right across the road from a beautiful surf beach with plenty of restaurants and bars. Bags supplied with pool towels. Staff excellent and welcoming.

Review 33：We really enjoyed our stay at the Chava resort. The pool is great - for adults and children alike - and the staff are very helpful and more than happy to give advice on local trips and amenities. The entire experience was very child-friendly. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was very clean, comfortable and spacious, a real luxury. The food is great and there is lots of choice with local and other options. The beach was very close and the Chava's arrangement with Diamond Beach Club (using their sun beds) is very convenient. Thank you!

Review 35：I honestly cannot fault this place! My family and I (inc 18 month old twins, and a 3 year old) just spent 2 weeks there and had an amazing time! We stayed in a 2 Bed apartment which was perfect for our family - the apartments are modern, spacious and very comfortable...and the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for all our needs! The pool and grounds are exceptional and feel very private and relaxed! All the staff were happy and helpful (especially the breakfast staff and cleaning team - feeding 3 kids at breakfast is quite a challenge and the guys made it easy for us!). The food was superb and very reasonably priced (our breakfast was included). All this in probably the best location in Phuket - a short walk across the park and you're on Surin beach! All in all we had a fantastic time and can’t wait to return!

Review 40：My main issue is that the resort claims to be 5 star - and it simply is not. The rooms are 5 star quality but the resort overall lacks the facilities that one would expect - it has no gym (only an option to use the hotel next door at extra charge) and also no business certre (hotel staff took 2 hours to scan and email a document that I had to urgenty send to Hong Kong). Also only one out-door restaurant. Overall I was still happy - but would have gone elsewhere had I known about the limited facilities

Review 47：Our stay at the Chava was perfect from start to finish. We were picked up at the airport as promised with babyseat and on time. We were greeted by the manager which was a lovely touch. Our room had a baby cot as requested which was already set up. The room was perfect for our stay, the staff and surroundings were just great. In all in all great stay.

Review 49：The resort is very well maintained and the apartments are extremely comfortable, spacious and have every possible amenity you would need. The staff were very courteous and helpful and not intrusive. While the resort may not have the facilities of some other larger resorts (multiple restaurants, lawns, gym, kids area etc) it is very well located in a classy neighbourhood away from the hoards of tourists, and a 5-minute walk from an amazing beach. Surin beach was quiet, clean and had much fewer people than Patong and other larger beaches. Overall, a fabulous place to stay if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday on a pristine (almost) beach.

Review 50：pool heavily chlorinated. loud traffic noise outside, unable to sit outside the apartment and have a conversation. doors double glazed tho, so did not disrupt sleep.

Review 52：Hotel Restaurant is hit or miss. Some food was good, the poolside lunch we ordered was 50% awful. Same with a room service dinner where 2 pizzas were burnt on the bottom and one was like dough. We ate and drank things with ice all over Thailand, but got the travelers trots after having softdrinks at the bar. I don't think they use good water for Ice. The apartment is nicely furnished but they forgot to put in a Dish Drainer, so you have no place to put dishes you wash. (Minor quibble) About Surin Beach. The area eateries are extremely high priced for Thailand, because Surin is 'Upscale'. The nearby town was 'basic Phuket', nothing upscale at all. The interior architecture is super modern, like a magazine, if you don't love that style it is a little uncomfortable.

Review 53：The staff were helpful, warm and gracious. The beach is beautiful. The pool delighted my kids.

Review 54：The only downside for us was we had a great 2 bedroom apartment which had everything we needed apart from a laundry i.e. washing machine and dryer. Travelling with a family and on a relatively long trip, we need somewhere to be able to wash our clothes.
