Review 1：The lady that is relieving on behalf of the owners was friendly while we were in the park, on the day of checkout we decided to stay for the rest of the day and I felt we were then treated differently.

Review 4：Rooms are great, both doubles and families. Dinner is not cheap but excellent. Location is paradise for tired travelers and fly fishing for trout. Free wifi, free parking.

Review 5：Thought it was a bit miserly to charge guests a premium rate for the spa pool - and the kids bikes. Why not just take a drivers licence or a bond and leave it at that? The pool table was missing a complete set of balls and chalk for the cue - yet still cost a couple of dollars to play. The WIFI situation was ambiguous. None of us could log on from our cabin.... I ended it just paying to use the one in the guest lounge. Not enough time to sort it out properly. The bedroom lamp was missing a bulb, quite annoying when you go to read at night and there is noone in the office anymore to ask for a bulb. Minor irritations though.

Review 7：the double bed with the extra bunk over top did not work as kept hitting our heads and we aren't tall!! was not impressed with the state of the spa + we had to pay $12 to use it!

Review 9：A little far from city centre. Usually we like to book place within walking distance to restaurants/shops. We needed our car at this one.

Review 11：The first room we were shown had a really dirty sheet and floor. The manager gave us a different room without difficulty. Minor irritation was all kitchen stuff was locked so spent a lot of time unlocking and locking cupboards.

Review 43：Then Deluxe Cabin 18 was extremely comfortable and well laid out. The park itself is roomy, has beautiful mature trees, large grasses areas and the facilities are excellent. The owners are a treat and a very obliging and ready to please.

Review 44：We were a family of five. Three adults and two children. We had a wonderful time. The facilities were superb. Clean, spacious and everything you need. Thank you for a most enjoyable time with my family. We will definately book in with you again and recommend you to our friends and family.

Review 45：Close to nature, nice envoronment. We were at wintertime and there was nobody else. Basic kitchen equipment are good enough for stay 1 week. National park is close distance.

Review 46：Apparently my booking hasn't been done properly ... they had no instructions in their system. And in addition, it was prepaid. But they gave us the key of the unit and told us that it will be solved... Everything went sweet following this ... So really cool place ...

Review 48：We arrived late and cold but were welcomed by a well lit and warm room. The staff had even turned on the electric blankets and set two cups out with cookies so we could warm up with a cuppa before we turned in. Brilliant!

Review 51：For the same price at most other Top 10 parks the cabin has a kitchen,with crockery and cutlery. The one power point in the cabin is basicallyhidden from view when you are inside the cabin, and took ages to find (Ididn't think there was one for some hours).
