Review 1：Small tv! No pets, my lil guy slept in vehicle but this was ok cuz it was late summer and still very warm out.
Review 2：It was easy to find! Pluses - Staff friendliness, room size, kitchenette, price/value . After a very long drive it was safe, quiet and comfortable.
Review 3：TV remote didn't work. Buses congregated outside balcony early morning. Extra noise from shower from room next door.

Review 27：Was supposed to be in a non smoking room but you could tell there had been someone who smoked at one point, excessively. Made it hard to breathe with bad asthma but I lived as I just needed to sleep

Review 29：Wifi did not work properly inside the room. We had to physically go outside the room to connect and ten come back in. Slow connection. The night we arrived we were missing towels in our room. When we notified the receptionist he was willing to give us more towels only the day after.

Review 31：My family and I stayed at this location because jasper was booked. The person that was working was very nice. However the hotel room was horrendous. We checked in after 9pm the room was very outdated. We figured we were just there for a quick sleep then off first thing in the morning. Once we crawled into bed within 30 minutes our noses were all running and became stuffed up. Our eyes were burning because of the smell that lingered in the room. The bathroom was hideous with rust on the taps. This place should be condemned. We had a non smoking room and could tell it was used as a smoking room before as the carpet had burns in it. At midnight we finally decided that this was ridiculous and left the hotel. The front desk was closed there was no one to talk to. I give this place a 1/5 and would go lower if I could. I strongly recommend to go elsewhere.
Review 32：No extra pillows, fridge was unplugged. Carpet and bedspread were old and worn. Funny smell upon entering the room. Bathroom was very small. No hair dryer. Soap was the size of a twonie.

Review 34：Carpets reeking of carpet cleaner smell, hard to breath. Bath tub drain does not work, so you are standing in a pool of water after each shower. Air conditioner flow control vanes were broken, so you need to use your ingenuity to fix it for effective cooling.

Review 40：It's a dump. Nice people but a dump nonetheless. The shower was it's only redeeming quality. Wifi only works in the parking lot. Room carpet is thoroughly soiled. Interior is so dated I felt like I was back in the eighties. Gross bed coverings. Room smelled like smoke despite being listed as non-smoking. If you're desperate then stay. If not, go elsewhere. $118 a night all in for a $59 a night motel at best.

Review 42：The bed were dirty. It has lots of hair. I don't think it was changed for a period of time. The sink was plugged too. I don't think they are cleaning it. It was our first time to stay in Hinton and I don't really recommend it this hotel.
