Review 1：Breakfast.One morning there var nothing, even no coffee.When we complain to very rude lady in the kitchen,her answer was there is plenty of bread and cheese what more we want. We complain to the daughter of the owner,her answer was we cant do nothing about that.No good for 4 star hotel. lady in the kitchen,her answer was there is

Review 2：Outdated furniture and bathroom, poor amenities, very noisy pigeons on the window in the morning. Swimming pools are OK but only if there is no more then 3 persons there. They charge over 20 EUR for an "extra bed" for a 3 year old kid, which is actually a mattress on the floor.

Review 18：Although we were the only guests at hotel, guy on the reception didn't want to let us in room before 2 p.m. (we arrived in 12.30) cause that's as he said rule of the house. Besides, he asked us immediatelly to decide about breakfast (that is served from 8-10 which is too early), and didn't leave option that if we wake up early we can aynway take breakfast. My biggest concern is that after using pool/jacuzzi we felt tickling on the skin. Also, workers did some construction works in the garden, which is not nice in the season when you have guests.

Staff is friendly, it is nicely located on a cutestreet going to the lake, only 2 minutes from the lake, about 10 minutesto the zoo which is also very nice with lots of beautiful flowers andgood looking animals. Also, their garden is very nice and relaxing.Their tasty buffet breakfast is not included in the room rate but thefee is very low. Which really does make sense to include it in the roomrate and charge a little more for the accommodation.

Review 24：Absolutely great place - helpful staff, wonderful garden with pools. Traditional architecture. Good breakfast. It's chamber and elegant hotel. A lake and few nice restaurants are close to the hotel. I really recommended this place. I hope we back there.

Review 25：Hotel assigned me room nr. 6 and I immediately reported at check-in a problem with air conditioned directly in direction of the bed. The girl in service told me that all rooms are the same and didn't gave me any chance. Only one of 2 windows had the mosquito net and in the night was very hot. I was lucky that the day after a very kind boy in service changed me the room because the problem of the air conditioned in room nr. 6 was known. So I had a night of two perfect!

Review 26：Very nice place, construction, accomodation, near the lake and to all you need. Very romantic place with a lot of privacy and with no crowding. Perfect for cuples in the week and for family on weekend. Good staff with exceptions. A place to see.
