Review 1：Since this is an upscale hotel and for the price paid, I think it would improve the "value for money" if they add a daily transfer from the Hotel to Patong, even if it's only 2-3x a day. Patong area is 20-30 min away.

Review 2：I had to change my booking and even it was not allowed anymore the hotel allowed me to change without incurring any penalty. Big thanks to Bobby! In general the hotel staff is very friendly and very worried about your comfort, especially the front desk woman that I don't recall the name. Breakfast is diversified and very decent! I loved the fresh juices made in front of you. Considering this is an hotel, the gym is very well equipped! Location is definitely quieter than the confusion from Patong.The Surin beach is a calmer area.

Review 3：The loud music ( whole day) at the catch and bimi clubs- not relaxing at all. We personally feel this is a mistake, you can hear the house music from any spot at the beach. Personnel was not very professional/ sounded rude at times.

Review 9：the water pressure was too weak so I felt a bit inconvenience when I take a shower or wash my face. and ... I found my glass dirty at the restaurant while I was eatting breakfast. It was a ripstick print which is not mine. I didn't even wear any ripstick at that time. Since my staying at Twinfalms was exceptionally nice, that incident was very disappointing.

Review 12：This was our honeymoon and it was the best experience of our life. We will be staying again and my wife is booking with her sister in April. Please look after them like yoi did with us.

Review 13：The hotel is amazing, with big rooms having nice design. The pool is great. All hotel restaurants have delicious food (a lot of seafood). Personally, I recommend shrimp tacos in Bimi Restaurant and seafood soup in Catch restaurant (both situated on the beach). The staff is very friendly and polite.It has a well equiped gym for those who want to work out.

Review 15：We stayed at Twinpalms in our honeymoon and everything was perfect. They surely know how to treat their gusts and how to make them comfortable. The stuff in very very friendly and helpful and are always smiling , the rooms are big and very clean , the pool is large enough to swim but also has a relaxing vibe, the breakfast offers lots of choices ( even sparking wine ) . The beach is close ( about 3 min walking ) and has a very exotic look . Nearby the hotel you can find lots of restaurants and beach clubs were you can eat . Overall, I give them a 10 !!

The staff are amazing and there is so much choice in food with 3 different choices restaurants in the resort and 2 bars, that if you want a relaxing time, you don't even have to leave. Review 34：There were some locals sharing the room with me (cockroaches and some big ants). I had three different welcomings over a day and a half visit. I don't know why not just a proper one on my arrival. It was a bit tyring having to be interrupted several times even while having breakfast or through phone calls. However, I'm "still" waiting to receive my internet password that wasn't working.

Review 36：Location can't be any better. Just 3 min from very clean Surin beach. The waves are high, the sunset is fantastic! Catch and Bimi beach clubs all belong to the hotel, so you don't even need cash. Your food and drinks will be billed to your room. Twinpalms offers a lot of additional very nice bonuses like free fruit bar in the afternoon every day, two milk chocolates in the room every evening, etc.

Review 55：Wonderful, always smiling and productive team, great concierge service. Whatever they suggested, it was just great. Breakfast could be better but it is good. Rooms are nit as bug as other same quality hotels, but they are big enough and well placed. The hotel is not on the beach but too close. They are working with two very good beach clubs next to each other (bimi and catch) and only 2 minute walk from the hotel. Foor in both is amazing by the way. They also have a wonderful place 5 min drive away (they drive you there and pick you up back) which has a wonderful service again and the food is amazing.

Review 58：The resort was breathtaking and very relaxing. I just felt that the hospitality could have been better. We had issues in the beginning with the room, and it was not until I complained that we noticed a change in service.

The gym, pool and breakfast were all great additions. The guest services manager was extremely polite and actually sent roses and flower petals to our room. If you are looking for a quiet family resort, this is a wonderful place. Short walk to the beach, but a little farther from Patong beach/night life and shopping than we thought!

Review 60：The main disadvantage is a location/way to the beach - you have to go through unregulated busy road and construction side to get to the beach. Also Surin beach is crowdy and with a lot of garbage in the sand/water, especially in weekends. And Catch beach club staff is the most lazy and unfriendly people we met during this vacation, turning their backs to you every time you need to receive/drop the towel. I'm glad this beach club will be closed soon.

Review 61：The pool is great, and the inside hotel area is beautiful, though not too big for a walk. Breakfast is really good, with fresh juices and champagne, if you love that kind of breakfast ) Smoked salmon is amazing, one of the best I've ever tried, respect to the chef! The hotel is not designed for the kids, and we didn't know this during the booking, anyway, we didn't experience any inconvenience traveling with our 19-month old son; staff was friendly, baby cot and baby chair in restaurant were provided.

Review 68：-One very unrespectful staff -Staff should be educated a bit more especially how to get orders, how to talk and how to recommend. -Dont use the concierge they are seeking to add commission. In our case to tours up to %30. -Dont take as discrimination but too many noisy (!) gay couples. Difficult to explain children.

If you don't want to pay the price for one of these rooms, I would recommend booking a room that has direct pool access. They actually have the best location in the resort (even better location than duplexes and penthouses). Staff are extremely courteous and food in resturant was brilliant. Quiet location, 15 minute drive from Patong and great to get away from the hustle and bustle after a few days in Patong. Could not fault anything. Fantastic hotel.

The Oriental Spoon the only dining option wasn't a great place to eat the layout felt wrong and they had an area for people to smoke at their table which could be smelt in the non smoking area!
