Review 1：The rooms at this motel are very outdated and there are no amenities to even mention. What they call a continental breakfast is serve in their cramped 8' X 10' lobby. There was nothing professional or friendly about the greeting that I received upon arrival. I also learned that this motel is a voucher location for the homeless. I have nothing against the homeless, but I wonder if this has an impact on the attitude of the staff. Unfortunately, I did not have time to explore other options, as my sudden visit to Buffalo was to see my brother, who is hospitalized. BUT, fortunately I only had to endure two nights and didn't spend much time at the motel.

Review 3：They are absolutely disgusting. The bed lenin was heavily soiled. it was stained with the previous guests semen stains and other stains I couldn't disclose the origin. I will never book with them again. You basically get What you pay for.

Review 17：Dirtiest place I've ever been. Not worth a penny. Disgusting. A/c broken and leaked all over the floor. Couldn't get out of bed without feet being soaked. Dirt on walls. Tub stained brown. Fridge broken. Water pressure in bathroom so strong I thought my skin was being torn off. Health dept. Should look into this place.

Review 19：Much too noisy to get a decent night's sleep. Tried to cover up the sounds from rambunctious clientele by turning on AC, but it roared like power tools. Please buy a vacuum cleaner so the cleaning staff can take care of the new carpet!

They run away and then came the police, and everyhing was very quiet until the morning. Was a great experience for us to see that American movies were for real.
Review 44：I thought that it was a university dormitory, but it is actually a motel just next to the university where ordinary people live as well. The room was clean with several amenities and the bed was comfortable. Heating was working fine.

Review 52：There really wasn't anything I disliked. The motel and furnishings were older and chairs somewhat worn, but everything was clean and in order.

Adjacent to the bedroom and bathroom was a room with counter and sink and coffee maker. Everything was clean and tidy, although the room and furnishings were older. There was also a small refrigerator, nice for cold drinks and our leftovers from dinner out, and a microwave. The included breakfast was quite adequate for us--coffee, juice, choice of cereal, make-your-own-waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, and fresh bananas and apples. The lobby and breakfast area was also clean and tidy. The motel itself is obviously an older one, but still maintained and clean.The location was convenient, just across from a Buffalo University campus, with a Dunkin Donuts next door and a movie theater and small plaza with restaurants, shops, and a Tops Market just down the street. Although on a busy street, we heard little noise in our room. For $75 plus tax, a good value in Buffalo! The man at reception was very pleasant, too.

Review 67：The room was not as advertised !! The furniture was worn and every piece was stained with who knows what? The bedspread was so dingy I only sat on it fully clothed and we slept in more clothes than we usually do. We were offered " breakfast" but my husband went across the street for a breakfast egg muffin because there was nothing but the cream cheese and bananas or apples that a diabetic could eat. This hotel has been around since the early 1960's at least and is WAY over priced. If I was a college freshman on my first one night stand the bounce to the innerspring 60's style mattress and the proximity to campus might have appeal , but we're a mature couple who like our beds both clean and comfortable. Whoever wrote the glowing review from Australia must have been a good friend of the owner or smoked heavily!
Review 68：The night desk manager offered to change rooms when we found that they hadn't honored our request for a downstairs handicap accessible room. He also apologized for the fact that his "Non-smoking" room smelled like the inside of an old ashtray and came to spray it with baby power scent . The next day, after I complained on Booking.com the manager rescinded the no refunds policy and gave us our money back on the second night With an apology and the assurance that "New furniture is actually coming tomorrow" ( sorry, not waiting to find out). He even offered to help find another room.
