Review 1：Noisy people sitting on the terrace in front of our room until 11pm. Restaurant is not cheap

One large covered paved area outside all rooms, fine mostly except one night people decided to sit and chat outside our door. I'm sure if we asked they would have moved.... Restaurant claimed to be the best, food o. K. Not great. Friendly staff at a very relaxed pace....

The price of US $120 seemed very fair for what was offered. A pleasant surprise was the exceptional quality of the food in the restaurant.

We ordered for a soup as room service but we got a response that, they are busy handling other customers at dining, and they are serve soup as room service now which was bizarre! Awful reply which they have to regret for a customer who has paid $400+!!

Review 23：We didn't have a bad experience but for the standard of the accommodation/service/cost the only thing that needs attention is the maintenance of the grounds. We have our own landscaping/maintenance business and noticed that the gardens were full of weeds, stone areas had weeds in them outside the rooms and the general care for a quality venue should be better. Its the only thing that lets you down. For what people are paying the grounds should be 100% top notch. It may seem like a little thing but its not, appearance is everything inside and out.

Review 24：Our weekend was about finding a location that may suit our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary celebrations. It ticked all the boxes for a special event. The location and quietness of the area was great. The service and food was excellent. The rooms provided comfort and were clean. The Spa was just devine, an hours massage relaxing then a hot spa was great.

Review 47：Hall way out side room needs to be lit after darkness. We had to walk down length of hallway to find light switch. Felt the location of table we were given, being almost in the main thorough fare through the dining room, could have been better given that we were paying $370 for the room. Were not offered a drink with our meal until well in to the entre which seemd to be slow arriving. Lamb rack overcooked despite request for medium rare.

I want to clarify that this is only a positive criticism as i would be happy to sleep on the bed again to enjoy the experience that you gave my girl and I over the weekend.
