Review 1：There was no restaurant in the hotel, so we had to go for breakfast outside and we didn't realize about it when booking. This is totally fine, except when you have a baby that wakes up at 7am every day, and the restaurants in the area are not open until 9am.

Review 2：Very good customer service! They were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony.

Review 3：After 7 visits we find Phuket now too crowded and too overwhelmed with traffic and people everywhere so that we will never return. You can never walk safely along the roads be it during the day or at night. As for our aparthotel: for much less than 70 EUR we have stayed in much better studios, although not in Surin; you probably also pay for being nearby expensive hotels at Bang Tao and Laguna, where you can walk to along a busy road. Beach and live around it seem to be aiming to be as luxurious as the beaches for the very rich, but it is not reaching this level. Surin Plaza and an expensive Italian restaurant should attract the rich but there were only rarely costumers. As for our small studio: bed/chests rather primitively made, and ugly. Allthough there is enough space in the bathroom, this room needs replacement of toiletcover and showerhead, and the cheap hook on the wall. Our room had the best view towards a small swimming pool in a garden. Other rooms look at the parking and at a wall. Kitchenchest contains beautiful plates and cups and cutlery, there are 2 cooking plates, a toaster and a coffee-set. Overall, this studio is too small for this price.

Review 4：In Surin probably a better middle-class location, away from a busy mainroad, and therefor a relatively quiet location. Very friendly staff, all french-speaking and 2° english.

Review 6：Very friendly and helpful staff; value for money was good; Close to a number of nice beaches (Surin beach isn't my favourite but Bangtao has some wonderful bars/restaurants just at the beach next door and there are other beaches close-by as well)

Review 7：The main, or rather the only problem we had here was that upon checkout, a male Thai staff member informed us that there is a 3% fee when paying by card. Now, we weren't informed of that when booking (it doesn't say anything about this on the hotel profile page on booking com) and they also didn't inform us upon arrival. There is a sign, which they pointed to at checkout, that credit cards cost 3%, but a sign inside the staff office is hardly transparent information. Plus, the sign says 3% for credit cards, and I offered to pay by debit card in order to reduce the transaction cost, but they refused that as well. This was a bad ending to an otherwise nice stay. It's things like these that make you not want to come back and not to recommend this place to anybody, unfortunately.

Review 8：I was in Phuket with my girlfriend, her sister and a good friend of mine. The Surin Sabai is in a good location, not perfect though as you have to walk 200 meters along a busy road in order to get to the beach. But in general, the location is good. We stayed in the penthouse for 3 nights - it's very nice, with good views, 3 bedrooms and lots of space. Also, the gym is not bad, although not open late.

Review 43：The reception closed after 06 pm. Wifi works onlig in the lobby, not in the rooms. The Surin village is a VERY dirty, auful and unreasonably expensive place in all Phuket. The beach is also very dirty and noisy. On the beach there is a big lake of CLOAC!!!! It smells very bad. No sanitation. You hear much noise from many jetski and other boats which drive very close to the swimers. This is very dangerous and anoying. I really advice not to go to Surin.

Review 45：Bed is pretty hard. Fortunately they just finished the construction next door. Couple night birds were really noisy, could'nt sleep. If you like nice dining, there is really nothing very close. There is one fine looking restaurant in area, but the food was poor there. At 10 minutes walk by beachside there is plenty of restaurants, which I recommend to take.

Review 46：There is plenty of space, really nice new clean room. AC is quiet and good. Really nice balcony.WiFi only in lobby, but worked very well. Pool is not so big, still very clean and good jacuzzi, there is sun and shade at pool, as you like. 10 minutes walk to beach, Surin beach is very ok. Peaceful location. I really next time prefer such condo to any hotel. Very close Tesco, laundry, fresh fruits etc.

Review 47：The only minor minus was the bark beetle in the wooden ceiling above thebed - wood flakes fall on bed. Room 25/18. If you pay via creditcard 3% commission is charged.

Review 48：The room was very clean and modern furnished with cozy terraceoverlooking the beautiful garden. Walking to Surin beach takes about 10minutes. Supermarket and a lot of take-away cafes are nearby. In overall- this place is great!

We had a great 3 days vacation there and the hotel is quite nice and quiet. A lot of activities and small shops just around.

Review 53：This Condominium is located about 10 minutes walk from Surin Beach. The room I had was spacious and good value for 2500 Baht a night. There is also a gym and free wi-fi in the reception area. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Review 54：Surin Sabai had a lot of building work around which wasnt idealespecially as we had paid for a private pool also there was work on theactual building on the day we left it was extremely noisy I was gladthat had only started on that day we left . I would have expected thereto be some referance on the building work when we booked I couldnt seeanything on the reviews perhaps they were a bit out of date I wouldrecommend Surin Sabai but only if the building work had been completed

Review 56：1. There was no telephone inside the unit. For us, who rent 2 units of apartments, we have to go upstairs and downstairs in case we want to call each other, as we dont have local number. It is advisable to get local number once you reach the Phuket Airport. Not a big problem, just for value add services and for improvement.

Review 57：Overall, we really loved our stay in Surin Sabai Condominium because ofit's own specialty as below:- very privacy and not crowded, unlike places near Patong. - the apartment is very spacious and clean - it has it's own class and standard - worth for money, considered budget cost, with luxury place. - it's equipped with complete set for kitchen equipments, and near with shops for groceries shopping if you choose to cook by yourself We enjoy our stay there, and surely will recommend to others or go there again.

Review 58：There was a serious tsunami warning when we were there, but hotel manager or anyone else didn't say anything to us about it!! Fridge was dripping a lot of water the whole time, but they put only a towel on the floor. There is no bar or restaurant at the hotel. Private pool in the balcony is so low (about 90 cm ) that you can not swim in there. Location is pretty bad, it's a far away from anykind of shopping etc. There is only a few restaurant nearby.

Review 59：We had a nice huge apartment with private pool on the balcony. Nice view over the village. There is also a decent gym in the hotel. We got an early check in when we came early in the morning to the hotel and also two babybeds for our small children.

Review 68：Walk to the beach was along a main road and lots of uncollected rubbishand hanging electrical wires on route.

Review 69：Room was really good. Great size, great little kitchenette, allfacilities (except hairdryer), nice size balcony and decent bathroom.Very clean and good daily service. Staff very friendly. However this isnot a hotel and therefore does not have hotel facilities. Value formoney at BHT2,200pn this was a really good place to stay. Walk to thebeach was 5 mins but not a nice walk ie main road and lots of rubbish.

Review 70：We unfortunately only stayed one night at the hotel, but the rooms are spacious, there is a big balcony, and you can actually wash your hair in the shower. Perfect walking distance to the beach, relaxing by day and if your up for a drink and some dancing, Catch Beachclub is the place

Review 71：Rooms were so spacious for the cost of the hotel and although the location was close to some building work, we heard nothing whilst there. Also, the fact that it is just 5/10 mins work through some shopping to the beach simply makes it fantastic for a cheap option in what tends to be a very expensive area of Phuket to stay...

Apartment was top floor, 3rooms, private pool. 1 en-suite bedroom, 2 bedrooms had balconies.Family bathroom. Nice large open space kitchen/lounge/diner. Tripleaspect windows to lounge. All mod cons availble including cutlery,crockery, cooking utensils, electric oven and hob, separate electricplug in grill. Flat screen Tvs in all rooms. Extra large beds. Loungefurniture very good quality. All in a1 condition. Separate drinking tap.Fully air-con, very spacious, very clean apartment.
