Review 1：Room a bit small and air con / heater not too good. Dining room and sitting room cold in the mornings.

Though the building is old, technology should be new and able to handle the heat in the city in an old building that is kept cool. I find the front desk rather off putting except during checkin. Breakfast always feels like you are on your own...no offers of breakfast entrees were extended, though the marketing materials say that it is available. It does get easier as we stay there more.
