Review 1：Staff is unfriendly. No greeting, no smile. Seems like they are doing a favor to you to take ur order for meal. Stayed for 4 days. Everyday the choice for cooked breakfast was pancakes or eggs with sides. My eggs were not what I ordered. I asked for mushrooms for my breakfast and they said it's finished.. ok fair enough. Then I start to walk away after my meal was finished and I see multiple plates set up for their own staff meala with mushrooms on the side. So it's finished for people actually paying for the meal? Very dissapointed. WiFi connection is soo bad.. I used my mobile network instead and it was faster even up the mountain. Pillows are extremely hard. Left with a sore back and neck.

Review 2：The hotel was in good location. Checkin checkout was easy. Dinner is set at 60 dollars.. over priced for a set course meal.. no options in a hotel charging so much.. facilities are not as they seem when u go to book. Not value for money. Problem with taps in bathroom.. adjustment issue. Either the water is too hot or too cold.
