Review 1：Don't accept American Express. Prepackaged breakfast buns. If noise averse might be better in a room on rear side, but ear plugs take care of street noise.
Review 2：Friendly staff received us at wee hours in the morning after long trip. Provided instructions on getting around. Location near train station, Bakery and eateries. Street parking. Wifi/Wlan
Review 3：Thin walls - you'll hear everything that it's said by your neighbours. The breakfast included in the price - is the the cup of coffee and cooky from the market. Suppose it is not the breakfast. Towels are not clean. Persistent smell of the canalization or fust in the bathroom. Heating is not working, very cold in the rooms when it is around +10 outside. The price is not reasonable for such conditions.

Review 12：The staff has extremely poor English skills, although we did manage to communicate. No breakfast options, all you can get is coffee and a pastry.
Review 13：Low cost, good location, rooms are bright and don't feel cramped (as is often the case with these smaller hotels), staff is very eager to help you out.
Review 14：Instead of breakfast, you get only croissant and a cup of coffee. The location is not quite good as the entrance to the hotel is situated on the road where cars are rushing. When you open the window, it is to loud. Therefore it is impossible to sleep when the window is opened.

Review 16：WiFi did not work the whole time we were there. Traffic noise - would have been better to get a room at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was pretty poor. English is not spoken by all at reception and checking in was a problem.

Review 18：Noone at the hotel speaks english. They can communicate in Italian and Chinese (I suppose). Breakfast - coffee and croissant only. Do not expect anything more. Wi-fi internet does not work properly at third floor. We had to leave our room and look for it at staircase.

Review 20：I have booked BB single room for one night on my way from Genova to Berlin. The stuff speaks NOTHING but Italian! :( The price included breakfast. What a joke..a nice simple breakfast room, 4 tables and NOTHING ! o i got a cup of coffee than i asked for another one. Thereafter i checked out and paid, yet it was unbeliveable as i was charged with an extra of 1,5€ telling me only 1 cup of coffee is free !!!! Its not the money but the principle...paid for breakfast yet no breakfast and was charged for the 2nd. cup of coffee. Stay away of this hotel !
