Review 1：When we went to the breakfast room we discovered that none was being offered. English language news channels were blocked.

Review 2：The staff went out of their way to help us. The hotel was located close to the restaurant streets.

Review 4：The staff were fantastic and the room was lovely and luxurious as well as really clean and spacious!! Breakfast was great too and location couldn't have been better.

Review 5：They have just renamed themselves (as of 2013) so the cab drivers don't know "Benikea" but they usually know "JOA Hotel". It is not a classic western hotel as some might expect. It is small and interesting (e.g. I had a black light ceiling mural of a sea scap on my ceiling). Hotel Castle or the Ramada are more classic style hotels that you pay more for.

Review 6：I have stayed at this hotel twice. The biggest benefits are the daily laundry where you give them a pile of your clothese, they wash them, fold them, and have them waiting in your room. This is a free service a huge time saver if you're going there for work. I also appreciated the breakfast everymorning. Not just that there was a breakfast because Hotel Castle does something similar, but because of the variety of food. I normally stay for about 2 or 3 weeks at a time and having the same breakfast every day can get rough. With this hotel there is a great variety. The staff do their best if you are english speaking and will jump through hoops to help you. The showers are ridiculously large - like half of your suite is a shower. It's in a nice area of town that was good for me. It has lots of restaurants and shops and bars. (Compared to when I stayed at Hotel Castle) Other nice things - large flat screen TV with HDMI hookup - every room has a dedicated separate free internet connection - hundreds of channels including movies - super amazing shower with jets and craziness - Bed adjusts to lift your legs and head. Great for working in your bed

Review 14：Like the rooms, nice and big. Large bathrooms. Big Jacuzzi Bath but didn't get chance to use it. Firm bed. Free internet with cable connection in room. Good location. Helpful staff. Fair breakfast.

Later in the evening after we had checked out, I received an email alerting me that my partner had forgotten his jumper in the closet, and they offered to ship it to us. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 17：We stayed in 3 rooms over a 10 day period. It is a smokers hotel and wehad to change rooms for the last 2 nights because of the smell. Thereare no bedside lights and ceiling lights did not provide enough lightfor reading. One particular, male member of staff, was surly and wespent a considerable amount of time explaining to him 2 shirts had gonemissing from our laundry. He also refused the shuttle service to CastleHotel for the Airport bus at 7.10pm although it is supposed to start at7am so we took a taxi. Very limited English is spoken limiting theInternational appeal.
