Review 1：The shower room door was a little broken when we first arrived, but easily fixed. There was no safe to store my passport and holiday money.
Review 2：The owners were very kind, always there to serve us when we needed.
Review 3：Breakfast was appalling for the price of the hotel. Location is not in a nice place. Parking was extremely difficult, once got into the secure parking we got locked in! No air conditioning, which it did really need.
Review 4：Could walk to Varese City centre, which was the redeeming feature of the hotel.
Review 5：For the seasoned budget travellers only - it is in no way romantic or luxurious, and the idiosyncracies could be off-putting to some. The main carpark is secure but note that the lady at reception (who is lovely) has to manually let you in/out of the carpark every time.
Review 6：Varese is a lovely town for gelato, coffee, wine bars, bakeries, etc, and these were to be found in very comfortable walking distance. For this price, with free parking, you feel lucky.
Review 7：Very clean, larger and more comfortable than expected, nice owners who dont speak English, good easy walk from train station, recommend ask directions once you reach the chapel of madonna, (walk past chapel and turn sharp right up the hill, more a gentle slope actually, past the scotsmans bar and next left ... voila! I felt safe as solo traveller. Breakfast is basically a coffee and a bonus pre-wrapped croissant but bakeries have fantastic food and cheap and for €252 for 6 nights with friends paying €350 per night with nice brekkie well I felt very happy to be honest!!!
