Review 1：Very noisy because building site next door. Eventually given unrenovated room which was quieter. However sink blocked, shower broken, lights outside broken, pillows like rocks. Stained floor and stairs to room.

Review 3：Can't believe only one staff at the reception and 3 staffs at the restaurant. Very poor air ventilation and super hot at the lobby and restaurant area. Should install ceiling fan or air-cond. Too many mosquitos everywhere even in the room (got bitten more than 30 times!!)

Review 14：It was my wedding (late April 2014), our guests and us stayed in this hotel, and took up to 15 rooms for at least 2 nights. This hotel is a mess. Management is not even up to hostel standard. The whole experience with hotel staff was a nightmare.1. very bad attitude - wrong working attitude and super rude.- We booked our rooms and made all arrangements with the hotel in Dec 2013. Early April 2014, when we followed up on our arrangements, the hotel was unable to retrieve our agreement. When I recap their email and told them my concern since it was my wedding, and a lot of guests had booked in, reply from the manager:"Sorry for the inconvenient that happen earlier but it would not happen if you sent this e-mail that I replied to you since 20/12/2013 to me in last conversation to avoid the misunderstanding as I had more than 100 mails per day need to reply."- no smile, no greetings- not helpful, as we check-in very late, and with quite a lot of luggage, no one helped us carry anything.2. Messy bookingFor rooms of our family, we had already given names and passport details when we book the room at booking.com. So basically all our parents are at the 2 suits, our sister in 1 room - these are booked in Dec 13, fully paid - a later booking was made on another room for our brother - 50% paid. - 4 rooms in totalWhen they checked in, Resort only distributed 3 rooms for our family, and they assigned the brother to stayed in the suit, my parents in a room, and no room for my sister. Lucky I joined them check in at the final stage, so we sorted out, they then discovered 1 booking missed.When they checked out, they insisted my sister was subject 50% outstanding payment, which should be the brother, cos we had our own arrangement within the family. The brother was paying 50% his room for his girlfriend. That was a very embarrassing moment.3. Messy paymentOn the wedding day (27/4), we checked out 1 room.

Review 15：The location of the resort is at a very convenience spot, right next to luxury resorts. Design of the resort is hip in thai style, which is very relaxing.

Review 26：Location is excellent across the road from the beach. Staff are great. My room a duplex suite was enormous with everything you need and a very big good bathroom. You also get complimentary admission to Diamond Beach Club which is 2 minutes walk from hotel on the beach and a nice place to spend the day. I have stayed here many times and will again.

Review 35：Our second visit, after FEB13 which was splendid. Unfortunately this time we were very disappointed for our stay. Basic cleanliness, e.g . old unfresh towels and bedclothes. Our bed was hard like a bank. The reservation was made some weeks before and I asked a nice room. We got a balcony view to pooltoilets and toll-free music from poolbar. Beachpolicy had changed from relaxing sunbath to the army style.Local beachkeepers have been kicked off and a noisy, expensive beachclub is running the business wtih beachchairs etc. We got beachrules to study...

In the beach club rude personnel and stupid rules for customers. PC stations in the hotel for residents were not working and were very very ancient.

No elevator even they have only 3 floors, that is not convenient at all for elder and a person who just had knee surgery like me. The breakfast is not various and the breakfast box was very poor (if you has an early day trip, the hotel can arrange for you)

Review 47：OMG, my first overseas holiday and never again to this dump.... the cleanliness level was non existent, had to get 4 sheets on the bed to get a white one with no "old" stains and rips, the mattress protector also had to be changed it had more old stainage on it than white areas, same goes for the pillows - really old stains on them. Mirrors dirty, windows and doors dirty, dust on top of fans and lights and who knows where else. I was appalled and bitterly disappointed and not surprised when I got sick with really bad vomiting and diarrhoea . Our group had around 20 yes twenty rooms we were attending a wedding in the area so a lot stayed here and the lucky ones did not !!! Many people were sick and horrified at the standard of the rooms, there were even blood flicks on 2 of my walls and the walls were dirty where people sit leaning on the walls when at the couch etc. yuk yuk yuk so glad I will never go near there resorts anywhere in the world again.

Review 50：Bed is old and not comfortable. Room smelled very strange and staff used some airfreshener to "hide" the smell. Low value for the money although with few investments the hotel would be nice again. Staff seemed not well trained. They tried their best but we got the impression that hotel management is not paying attention to details. We will not use this hotel again.

Balcony chairs rotten and room not clean. Staff said they did not have any better rooms and said it was in the new wing. Hate to think what the old wing looks like.

However, they did offer a one way liftto Patong in the evening which was efficient. The resturant wasexpensive for thailand, however the food was good, not great value formoney... Only stayed oneweek in the plunge pool room with daily water, tea, coffee was provided.The location was good, only 2 mins from the beach, however the beachitself is very small and crowded with umbrellas! The kind of smell you normally only find in the bowels of the hotel back-of-house areas. 6. Paying high season rates and having to pay extra for cappuccino coffee at breakfast was cheap. 7. High speed internet was low speed internet - I had to rent a wireless modem from outside for my stay. 8. Walls surrounding the plunge pool were caked in black mold from the humidity. 9. Breakfast staff visibly eating their breakfast crouched down behind the service counter in breakfast area. Eating the same breakfast I was paying for. Did I mention I needed to pay extra for a cappuccino? 10. Housekeeping staff did not engage myself or any clientele at any stage of my stay. Practically walking past them throughout the course of the day and not even eye contact. Even cleaned my room one day I was in there and left without announcing themselves finished.

Housekeeping needs a thorough review and a goodsupply of bleach to clean mould away which I am sure infests bacteria.A list recommendations of local and beach restaurants would also take the guess work out of where to eat for your guests as well. IPOD docking station with speaker should also be a standard inclusion in a quality hotel like this. Paying for bottled drinking water at breakfast was a bit of a shock when it is free in the rooms for drinking.

Review 90：Design aspect of the hotel is very high in the public living and outdoorareas, congratulations to the designer, a feast for the eyes with thefine details!Direct access to one of the best beaches in Phuket is an absolute bonus, especially with day beds included!

Review 91：Dirty rooms, very expensive for what you got, in fact more than doubleanywhere else we stayed in Thailand and similar at best to other roomsbut by no means better, however in our time the shower was broken for 2days the air conditioning broke and we had to be moved and the linen andfloors were dirty !! the buffet breakfast was terrible! The only goodthing about this resort was its location and staff. When we madecomplaints about all of the above they were attended by an assistantmanager who promised he would get back to me with compensation howevernever did. As with the shower, air cond, and dirty linen only on the 2ndrequest was anything ever done at this hotel.
