Review 1：We stayed in the Econolodge rather than the hotel as we were babysitting our grandchildren. This part needs an upgrade - upstairs unit was very hot and windows kept blowing shut and no air con. No TV in bedroom which meant children had to go to bed in adults beds and be moved later.

Review 6：Mixed quality service from reception staff. Hotel locked after 11.00 p.m. and after hours door very difficult to open. Lack of pen and paper in room and non availability of pen except on a loan basis from reception.

Review 8：Some Staff have become arrogant when asked to improve guest needs. Noise from aged lift effects many rooms. When asked to be shifted from a very noisy room was moved to one on the train line, which was still being renovated. Breakfast slow lots of complaints. Mean with room inclusions. Most only have very bouncy queen beds. Kitchen smells from bad ventilation.

Review 9：Have stayed many times for family reasons the convenience of coming back late and not having eaten the restaurant does a reasonable job. Milk still in a bottle fresh! Coffee plunger good too.

Review 31：Leaking toilet. Curtains too thin and lacking above the door meanttrying to sleep was like sleeping in a well lit room. When I went tocheck out there was no record of us staying, which explained why theroom was not serviced and no paper was left.

Review 32：Our only real problem was the beds. Ours was extremely bouncy. If one person turned over, the other was just about bounced off the bed. Definately not the most comfortable of beds.
