Review 1：That I did not have more time to stay longer, so I will definitely be back to stay again.

Review 2：Location, staff and their helpfulness and friendly manner. Loved all the art we could just browse around and enjoy. The bar and restaurant right there in same building is great. Loved the bed and the pillow menu. Lovely to sit on balcony and enjoy the fabulous view.

Review 7：The AC made unusual loud noises which changed throughout the night therefore we all had terrible sleeps getting woken up constantly. The cupboard overlying the fridge creaked every time we opened it. The left door of the wardrobe could only be opened with force. There was only one side table for the bed, for a delux room you'd expect one each side for phone and drink placement. The soap holder on the shower hadn't been cleaned and kept falling off the shower when you placed the soap on it.

Review 26：The big flash spa bath (which I didn't use) seems to have dominated the bathroom resources as the sink unit has no room/space for toilet bag etc and the shower is comparatively small when considering the quality of the rest of the room and facilities.

Review 28：The first night [not the motels fault] a motor bike arrived at 11pm what a racket and he then proceeded to be yelling at a quest outside till about 2am .. no sleep!! We had a squeaky bathroom door but the receptionist sent someone to fix that immediately. Overall I found the colouring depressing in the dark room we had. Spa worth the money. xo

Review 29：The receptionist was amazing so friendly and neat to go and see each day.Handled the booking com. reservation done for us very well and was just fantastic. The hotel is close to all shopping for food areas as well. Do not miss their New World .. good value.

Review 31：We like the location, handy to everything and it is always lovely and clean. Love the comfortable bed, the best we've ever struck in any hotel or motel here or overseas. The kitchen area is well stocked with crockery, cutlery and not forgetting the delicious coffee and hot chocolate. Bathroom well stocked and clean.

Review 32：We had a disability unit and the water from the shower ended up everywhere, including on the clothes I was about to wear. Luckily I had brought a back up outfit. Doesn't happen in the normal showers, just with the great water pressure and the fact that this shower is protected by shower curtains not glass.

Review 36：This property is excellent for short stays, I was there for 10 days and found the Spa to big (takes a while to fill) and the shower unit to small. I would also recommend that you place four cups in the room to allow for visitors (the whole 2 x knives, forks and cups is a little stingy).

Review 47：The welcome was good and when we went to pay bill reception was pleasant. The location is great for hotels, clubs, supermarkets and the town was only a short distance away.

Review 48：We were using the washing machine and later found a rag thrown into the machine with our clothes. Took rag out and left it on a side table. Later when picking clothes from dryer, found rag was soaked in a pail. I felt that the host/staff should not do that. There was a small kitchenette but a notice was pasted informing not to cook odourous food!

Review 63：Large Executive Apartment was very spacious, very quiet with v good quality, modern furnishings including 2 TVs and CD players etc. Liked the bed linen. Attention to detail excellent. Good location also. Best & most memorable experience was the humungous spa bath - absolutely awesome!! Separate shower with booster head was a buzz also. Warm, genuinely sincere front counter staff also.. Would recommend and return for another stay in very friendly Whanganui.

Review 66：I did not appreciate cleaning staff entering my room and cleaning before I had packed everything and left. This was rude and highly disrespectful. Management staff were also rude and disinterested when I went to pay the bill. Overall, poor staff interactions.

The room looked very nice when we arrived, but I think some things need to be addressed!

We arrived very late after a long drive - our room was ready and the light in the room on to welcome us. It's little touches like that that made staying here very nice for us and we'd like to come back. Highly recommended (from a fussy traveller even!)

Review 113：Unfortunately the layout of the unit meant there was little space for preparing breakfast and not a table and chairs to sit at to eat. The bare minimum of crockery and cutlery meaning you had to wash ups and glasses before using them. The bed was a good size, but with a very very soft mattress.
