Review 1：The waitresses were useless apart from one we thought might have been the head waitress we ordered poached eggs on toast for breakfast they bought the fried eggs out on a plate & forgot the toast by the time the toast came the eggs were cold then they forgot the butter to go on the toast then I found a long blonde hair in my eggs wich wasn't surprising as the waitresses spent their time messing with their hair & preening themselves in the mirrors behind the bar wouldn't stay here again

Review 3：Hotel is very aged and in need of a major renovation. Bathroom design ispoor, allowing water overflows from Shower and Air conditioner. Roomsmelled mouldy and sweaty. No safe for storage of valuables. Old clunkyelevators need better sensor to prevent damage of hands and feet.

Review 13：In the last 20 years I have slept in at least 150 different hotels. This is the worst hotel in my entire life!!!! Everything and everywhere in Hotel is dirty, rooms are below the level of the worst hostel, staff is unmotivated and rude. The breakfast room is dirty as are the train station in Europe dirty..Breakfast very bad. By accepted Westerns standards, this hotel would not have a license and permission to work. Everyprice you payed for hotel is overpriced. Even 2 euros per night.

Review 26：The shower was poor. Had a curtain round which was too short. The drain could not cope with the volume of water and the shower tray overflowed and flooded the bathroom. The room was in need of upgrading and had that faint smell of a room long used by smokers which although now non smoking you could still smell it. The radiator wasn't on and you heated the room with the Air Con unit so I was coughing all night. The flat sheet wasn't big enough for the bed and I woke up on the bare mattress (no mattress cover either). We wouldn't stay here again.

Review 27：The location was good for us. The facilities were what you would expect in a budget hotel. There were negative comments in previous reviews about the breakfast being poor. They have clearly upped their game as the breakfast was fantastic. There was a menu with about 10 set choices. I had the french toast with bacon and it came with 3 slices of french toast and six slices of bacon, along with cucumber, cheese, honey and jam.

Review 102：The staff, very nice and polite, the wireless is very fast and stable. The rooms were clean, and towels were changed regularly (every second day that is). The 'Junior Suite' is very comfy, the room was warm, for those who are cold there is Air condition unit that can warm the room pretty well. It is just 15-20 min walk from the Center of Sofia. There is a Metro station right next to the entrance of the Hotel. The breakfast is good, thou nothing special. The junior suite has a big bath (not a sower cabin), there was unlimited amount of hot water :).For a 3 star hotel and for the money, I really don't have anything bad to say.

Review 105：It was dirty. We found food on the flor of our room. One of the two beds was broken , we used the trash bin to fix it. We stayed three nights they cleaned only one and never changed the towels. We could not lock the door , only after trying 3,4 times . Poor breakfast .Not fresh bread , no fresh ham or cheese. What was left from the previous day was served at the next day.Only one type of cofee . Sure not an Hotel that we were happy to be and sure not an Hotel that we propose to anyone else .

Review 107：I have been to Hemus Hotel for a cat show in Sofia. I can say it was one of the worst experiences in my life. As a beginning I’d like to say that the room was dirty! Even when I’ve asked for a cleaning service from the first day the cleaning lady came only at the second day! The shower’s door was broken The bathroom door could not close properly The breakfast was very poor and really expensive for Sofia. ( with 5e you can eat in a good restaurant!) The second day of my stay, most coffee cups were dirty and the third day bread and most of the dishes were missing. The stuff at the hotel door was really rude. We had a serious problem with our car and instead of truing to help or call for a mechanic they were laughing at us.

Review 112：This hotel did not deserve it's 3 star rating. The bar closed before 9pm just as we tried to buy a drink. The room was clean but the finishes were ageing. Breakfast was uninspiring and with very little choice. There was no tea and coffee was served in disposable plastic cups. The breakfast waiter was busy on his cellphone so it was difficult to find a table not covered in dirty dishes. We would not want to use this hotel again.
