Review 1：Ik kon niet gemakkelijk in bed tv kijken, wel op comfortabele stoel.

Review 3：The roof is a bit low in the corner, but all the Dutch houses there are like this.
Review 4：It is a house just like the other ones, it felt like we were in a real Dutch home, so we didn't use the curtains, just like Dutch people. Our flight was delayed and arrived at late night, so we didn't find the owner when checking in, however he found a way to let us in. The mini-apartment was nice, you can find everything you need to cook. There is a nice view on the street.
Review 5：We had several delays against our scheduled arrival time. We call, and our host was very, very gracious. The apartment was cozy, comfortable and clean! The host gave us advice about eating and parking. Excellent place and host. I would highly recommend this place without any reservations. It was not an issue for us, but there are stairs and they are steep. So people with mobility issues my want to check with the host about possible options. Again, great host and place.

Review 18：I was assigned an apartment without windows. The only light could come from the entrance wall, which however was on a passage corridor. No privacy, no air circulation, bad smell. I asked for substitution, but the reply was that "it is too difficult to change reservations".

Review 21：The owners were very helpful. They accommodated an early check in forus, and gave us directions to local attractions. The apartment wasexactly as described. There was a stove top and microwave (no oven), andplenty of utensils. The location is great. It's right on the beachand close to local shops and a grocery store.

Review 27：Very budget friendly. We had a 2 person studio and they gave us a cot for our 12 year old son for only an extra 7.50 euro a night. Also-the owner covered the parking for us the first day as he couldn't be there to meet us personally. So that was very nice.

Review 29：Bad things to say: Doesn't own a parking area. You'll have to park your car at town's parcing space. But that's ok, there are special parking tickets for that.
Review 30：Nicely equipped appartement, very neat. We had a great time at nicolette appartements, located directly to the beachside. It's a small but very comfortable place, giving you everything you need. The owner is within easy reach, giving you a short overview of Katwijk and things you may need.

The beds were super soft and comfortable (one of the best I've ever slept in), there was a view of the ocean, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the managers were super friendly, helpful, and always available. The apartment was located right across the street from the beach and within easy walking distance to ESTEC and next to multiple bus stops, so it was very easy to get to nearby towns and the airport. There was also free wireless that could even be accessed from the nearby restaurant.
Review 32：Bed was to soft and has two separated mattress. We would prefer double bed instead of it. But for sleeping it is quite good.

Review 36：The fact that it was noisy. It seemed that the floors were very thin and you could hear every footstep from above. Also, from 8:00 in the morning it was impossible to sleep do to activities on the corridor.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, he gave us discount tickets for Keukenhof, a map for the flower parade and showed us how to get to the supermarket, where to get breakfast. The room was nice and clean, we had a fully equipped kitchen and wifi. If we visit Keukenhof again next year, we will definitely stay here again.
Review 39：There was nothing in particular that I didn't like about Nicolette Apartments apart from the lack of private parking. However, there is an abundance of vehicle parking very near to the apartments and Nicolette Apartments can provide you with a parking card for each day of your stay at a cost of €6.00. If you don't use the card during your stay, Nicolette Apartments will reimburse you for the cost of the parking card. Parking is free throughout the whole of Katwijk on a Sunday so there is no requirement to purchase a card for this day..
Review 40：My wife and I were overly impressed with the cleanliness of Nicolette Apartments and having both the beautiful sandy beach and town centre literally on the door step. Please don't be put off and think that there is lots of noise because of the apartments being so close to the town centre. The only thing we could hear during our weekend stay was the sea and the odd squark from the seagulls. We will definitely be staying here again!!
Review 41：The hotel doesn't have an elevator. If you are traveling with heavy luggdge like we did, it would be difficult to carry them through the narrow and steep stairs.
Review 42：The location is located in the center of Katwijk, very close to the beach, shops, restaurant and bus station. We were there in the off-peak season so it was really nice and quieter. I can imagine in the peak season it can be very crowded.

Review 45：We were pleasantly surprised with the studio that had been reserved for us It was comfortable,neat and clean,and everything was working well. The owners went out of their way to acommodate us in supplying whatever we needed.Initially our studio was supposed to be on the third floor,but when the owner realized that climbing te stairs was too much for us he changed it to the first floor.He also carried our suitcases up when we arrived and down when we checked out.Both him and his wife were pleasant,and seem to manage their affairs rather well.We would not hesitate to rent from them again,and will recommand it to any interested party.Considering that it is high season even the rent seemed reasonable to us. Review 46：Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Good location and day trips to Amsterdam and Delft, Gouda are an excellent ideas. Lovely beach just across the road and plenty of amenities around.

Review 48：I loved the location: our main destination was Keukenhof, and it was really closeby. Also Leiden, and A'dam was at close distance. Lovely to have a studio so you could cook your own meal. The kitchen is well equipped, and the whole studio is very clean, changing the towels every other day.

There is a supermarket about 5mins walk and bus stop is jjust 1min away from the apartment. Very convenient and good location as it is also near the beach. I enjoy my stay in this apartment except for climbing up the stairs to my apartment.
